Awesome thing, don't even hesitate!

This moment stops me. But I remember that for baking, you first need to fire up the stove, this is how much electricity, and frying in the summer. I sit wrinkling. It seems like you can buy, but it seems like…. another device, suddenly it will roll around. Straight all in throwing

And what, all this cannot be done in the oven?
You can, but:
First, it tastes better here.
Secondly, the very shape of the pot, not the baking sheet. You can immediately serve the dish on it.
Thirdly, electricity savings.
Fourth, time saving. Second courses are prepared much faster.
Fifth, finally, in hot weather, the Miracle Girl can be taken out into the street, onto the balcony, or taken to the country.
Sixth, it is easier to wash. In the oven, anyway, it is more difficult to wash the door, bottom, etc. And here - only the lower part, well, wipe the top, if necessary

Saving gas is, of course, also good. But the decisive factor here, like Olga's, is the heat. We here in the south in the summer of the oven and could not think. A Miracle frying pan makes it possible to bake your favorite vegetables in the summer, bake a bakery, etc. And it is not even necessary to take it outside, the heat from it is anyway less than from the oven. And, by the way, bread in Miracle is completely different than in the oven.

I don't have a conder, so all summer I was glad that Chudika bought it.

Hello everyone, everyone with the past! )
Conducted three experiments with baking biscuit cakes on a cake in Miracle. Have a question .....
The sponge cake is baked super, not raw as in my wretched oven, in this regard, everything is fine. But - it rises like a house and there a void is formed ..
I tried the oven first in 600 W mode (central heating) - the amount of ingredients per 1 batch according to the recipe
Then 400 W (side heating) for half a portion (recipe / 2)
The third time for 400 W (side heating) again for 1 batch full.
Total: in the first case we have a house, in the second - everything is ok, in the third again there is a house .... Who cares how? Or what am I doing wrong ...
I have the following recipe to understand the amount of dough: 2 eggs, a glass of kefir, half a can of condensed milk, sugar (0.7 - 1 tbsp.), 1 tsp. soda, 2 tbsp. flour
It seems that everything is according to science, the proteins are there separately, the yolks are separately, I sifted the flour, I did not shake the pan with the biscuit, I did not open the lid early) At 400 W it bakes for an hour (so that the top turns brown normally), at 600 W - 40 minutes

Hedgehog, I also have disagreements with the biscuit, the owners of electric ovens will probably share their experience, I will tell you what I remembered from the guru's explanations: they advised to bake the biscuit either in a thick-walled form (thinly wrapped in foil), or in a water bath, or from a cold oven. Otherwise, the edges quickly set with a crust and the whole biscuit can no longer fit exactly, therefore the dome grows.
Hedgehog
From a cold oven - that is, you can try not to preheat the oven at all before baking?
But I remember so much that he did not rise like a house just at that time when I warmed up the lid for about 10 minutes, while everything was kneading, etc. Then I turned it off (I did not have time to prepare everything) and put the container itself on top, so that it also while warmed up, the lid cools down for a long time, gives off heat. And when the dough was ready for baking, it turns out that she put parchment into a hot pan and quickly poured the dough. I also covered the top with a hot lid and turned it on at 400 watts.
It seems that experiments should be continued until the ideal procedure for this type of baking is found ...
Rita
Hedgehog, the biscuit cannot be baked in silicone molds or grease the walls of the molds, then it will not rise on the sides, but only in the center. After placing the dough in the mold, you also need to twist it slightly with a fork.
Hedgehog
I didn’t try to bake it in the mold ... Baking just in an aluminum container from the stove
But the only thing is parchment, otherwise I'm not sure that the baked goods won't stick to the aluminum. Plus, my surface there is scratched with something, the soul does not lie directly there to pour the dough ...

Girls, judging by the photo Marpl-Marina , in my Miracle-m the keys are the opposite. Left corresponds to 600 watts.
Here is a photo of the instruction: Electric frying pan
Or how?
Hedgehog
Well, it turns out it depends on which side of the plug is plugged into the outlet) I always have it with the cord down and the left key is 400 W - side heating (filled line at the top), and the right 600 W is the central ten (painted line below)
I determined empirically - I turned on one and the second in turn and touched the lid where it is heated - the side or central ten. Plus we have an electronic meter in the apartment and it shows how much is currently consumed. In general, I found out))

By central and side heating, that's what I mean (photo)

But it still seems to me that if you look down with the cord, then the left one is 600. I am completely confused. We couldn't just write on them so that people would not be confused.

I twisted that picture as best I could, you can still interpret it as you like. I looked at the plug with the cord down and the keys are the opposite. After all, we plug this plug into the outlet with the cord down, not up.
In short, you have to personally conduct an experiment.

I offered you 2 options. For ease of understanding.
And you are only linked to option 1.
I have already turned over your instructions and highlighted in bold what you need to pay attention to: the notation under the key. As a cord, you do not twist it up or down, the markings under the keys remain. However, like the keys relatively cord.

Girls, save help cute!
The oven is kapets, in the near future there will be nothing, this is an installation, it makes no sense to repair it in 2008, besides, there is also cooking there. In general, I need money for new ones, I can't change it in the near future. While cooking is working, I will use it. I bake a little, my husband is not picky and respects vegetables and cereals, and here in the fall another person will most likely appear, a friend of my daughter. It is necessary to feed nourishingly, and young people love pizza, pies, buns.
In general, I decided so far to buy something inexpensively for these purposes, my thoughts ran to the sides of the miracle of stoves, Well, so that you could create potatoes with meat.
While I was reading and thinking, a very cheap Prumel with top heating went to someone in caring hands.
Now I'm thinking of choosing from a Promel with a window and 2 heating, this is the most expensive, but the new one is probably the miracle M yuzana, but it seems to work, and a new Soviet bathyscaphe with a window and a shadow in the side. He's so tall.
Where to go? I understand opinions will be divided, but all advice from a bread maker is invaluable help.

Well, Prumel is understandably out of competition, but I want to know the opinions about the bathyscaphe, it suits me for the money, can he fully replace it?

Or maybe spend some money on overseas vesch?

And even there, this bathyscaphe has its legs screwed through the through method, the bolts are right in the bowl, through and through. Is it like potatoes with meat and sauces?
Yes, I have multi, but no bake in them

It seems to me that the Miracle M is better suited for potatoes with meat, because in it you can set a more suitable temperature using two keys. And Miracle ovens with 500-600 watts are more suitable especially for baking, such as pies, etc. I think so. Or the second course will take longer to cook. And you can bake without any foriochek, just grease with vegetable oil.

I have a Chelyabinsk, it seems, a miracle. Meat and potatoes are ready in 1.5 - 2 hours. If you don't need a golden brown crust, then faster.
albina1966
In my Miracle M, meat or chicken and potatoes are fully cooked in 45 minutes. And 600-watt pies take about 30-40 minutes.
ptashka
Oh well, it's not 2 hours. And if you bake peppers or cutlets, then how much can it take to cook?

Do you cook meat potatoes for 1000?

I have not tried it yet, but I think that the peppers will definitely cook in the region of 45 minutes, or maybe less .; 45 minutes with the head is enough for the chicken to melt.
I make cutlets in AF.
