That is, the difference between them is only in the presence of 1 and 3 heating modes, respectively?
Are they the same size (diameter / height)?

Miracle '89 at 630 W, embossed on the handle.
I plan to use mainly for baking (biscuits, casseroles, puddings, cheesecakes, etc.), so I will probably need 600 watts mainly

I also saw somewhere here or just on the Internet a mention that the Miracles were different:
Wonder Woman and Wonder Woman-M, if only there is a difference there)
Ours was about 83-85 years old
Marpl
The Miracle Stove is on Ozone, it's the size of a Miracle. And Miracle-M is higher. I showed this above. And the Miracle has a power of 500W, And the Miracle-M has 400-600 and 1000W. (2 keys).
Svetta
Hedgehog, Ksyusha, I have both Miracle and Miracle-M. Definitely take the Miracle-M! My Miracle (550 W), although it bakes externally from above, is wonderful, but the bottom remains completely pale, poorly baked. I had to put the Miracle on the electric burner with a weak heat so that the baked goods looked like an oven (I wrote a lot about this here). Many girls do not have this, the same Miracle bakes well. How lucky you are. But I have not read anything like this about the Miracle, only positive reviews. And three heating modes generally give room for creativity!
The only (for me) The disadvantage of the Miracle is a very long cooling of the lid, because there is a heating element inside, and not a spiral. This is a little inconvenient, since you have to attach this rather large lid on the working surface for at least an hour. Well, then, for the sake of the result, I'm ready to endure)))
Hedgehog
I realized thanks! Then I'll take the Miracle) There are two options, one Vladivostok, 90-91. The second - is still unknown, I am waiting for the seller's answer. But according to the second, the pan itself is straight, not narrowed. And the insert for the "double boiler" mode is all in a hole, and not integral with holes only along the edges. Either these are just different years of release, or these are two different stoves - Wonderful and Wonderful-M
Here is a photo from google drive (I don't know how to add it here)

How to "steam" is not really clear)
Svetta
Ksyusha, if there are power switching keys, then this is Miracle-M, take her! The steamer is a secondary matter, I do not have it at all, I have enough in cartoons and a separate unit.

Yes, I have already decided everything for myself, in my mind I am already baking a biscuit in it
Thanks for the advice!

Owners of the miracle girl! look here, this frying pan

so we jokingly call my miracle stove

looks like the Miracle?

Marpl
Vika, this looks more like an electric frying pan. And it is also made of stainless steel, and the Miracle is made of aluminum, so it heats up quickly. I have a 40cm Simbo electric frying pan, so it was written on the box that you can bake pizza. I baked her manna, but 4 norms at once. Your frying pan is similar, but it's made of stainless steel, Simbo has a non-stick coating.
Mila56
Vika, it’s you showing the electric frying pan. She, judging by the picture, is heated at the bottom. And in Miracle, Miracle M, the upper heating.
Quote: Marpl
a Miracle made of aluminum, so it heats up quickly.
Yes, it gives the necessary heat to baked goods quickly, and the result is so good.

And in yours it is good to fry, stew, bake pizza ..., it is of very good quality, since it is stainless steel, but alas, it is not intended for baking.

Here in Miracle M, heating from above, but at the same time the upper part (lid) has such a shape that it can be easily turned down, that is, fry on the lid. And you can't do that with yours.
Mirabel
Marpl, Mila56, yes, I already understood that she is different than Miracle.

Mirabel, Vic, I'm looking at the German ibey now. 70 euros, used is understandable, but new, not used at all, production of the GDR .. but only sent within Germany. Horse price of course .. and even put up for auction, who will give more, there are no willing ones yet .. If you are interested, put it in the German ibey in the search engine number 283784986819

Galina, but I'm not looking for such a stove, I have a Miracle, they just sell Rena at a flea market, so I thought she was like a Miracle.

I wouldn't buy it. There is an ordinary frying pan, there is an electric stove or a gas stove, and they will replace this beauty. I have no free space at all. If there is a lot of space and money, then you can certainly buy. But again, it can be functionally replaced.
dopleta
In this topic, starting from the 2nd page, we wrote a lot about various electric pans. They make sense if the electric stove is more economical. I also have them, and round of different diameters, and square.
Mirabel
Larissa, Laris! I also had one, used it, but not without dancing.
It seems to be of high quality.
She courageously refused 2 electric heaters, that is, they intercepted them from me ... this one must be grabbed! Although I have gas, I like cooking more with electricity ... it's very "cheap"
Thank you all advisors!
dopleta
Vika, read her instructions, and if it is for this particular model, then the frying pan is more interesting than the previous ones: it also has an adjustable valve for releasing steam with a whistle, and the heating comes from oil, which circulates in the side walls, and immerses completely in water when washing is possible.
Marpl
Today I tried the Miracle-M, baked a pie from puff yeast dough from Dixie and cabbage. Hell, as advised for 600W. I looked in an hour, I could have got it earlier. I liked the stove in this stove, better than just in Miracle. I baked it in a mold, but the bottom was also tanned, and in Miracle it was pale.Electric frying panElectric frying pan
Rituslya
Marin, something is badly sunburned. At first I thought it was covered in chocolate cream.
I think it's 600 watts high heat.

I have this Miracle with two keys, but I seem to be only 400 baked. I do not remember. Now in the corridor closet this unit lies. On something I rejected it for myself. I do not remember. Maybe at a washing moment?
No, I don't remember anyway.

I baked for 1000 and so it was not tanned. Maybe you should have pulled it out earlier or covered it with parchment?

dopleta, Larissa, aha, Laris! This instruction is for that frying pan, I also found it interesting, so I decided not to miss it.

Meri klarissa
Marina, hello. Did you immediately grease the cake on top?
Mandraik Ludmila
What I remembered, when I remove the hot lid from the Miracle, I keep a steel pan (clean, empty) next to it and put a lid with a heating element on it - it's very convenient. And then no coasters fit in size, but you can't put it on the table-floor, the surface will melt.
Marpl
This was the first experience in this Miracle-M. The cake was greased with an egg, and an hour is a long time for him. Next time I'll take it all into account. What is not convenient is to attach the lid, but it is very hot. Although there were 2 supplies in the kit, one for the bottom, and the other for attaching the lid, they did not write anywhere that they needed to remove pieces of PVC from them (they are probably put on protruding parts so as not to scratch). And from a hot lid, they melt. In Miracle, I tried to cover the top of the baking with parchment (baking paper), as this paper burns out (crumbles) along the edges of the lid.
Hedgehog
Comrades members of the forum, help out! ) I found the Miracle-M, right next to the house, came and took it.Brand new, issue of December 1990, but there is one BUT - there is no instruction On which I certainly very much counted on. As I realized, they are slightly different Miracle and Miracle, and even Miracle with different years of release. Does anyone have a book for Wonder-M in 1990? Or tell me, who knows, any one from the Miracle will suit me, it doesn't matter, 80s or 90s? I look on the Internet there the covers are at least different, as in the content - it is not clear ...
Svetta
Ksyusha, tomorrow I will try to upload pictures of my Miracle-M's instructions. A little earlier already laid out some pages, look.
Hedgehog
Svetlana, thank you! I will really wait) Yes, I saw Marina's post, but I remember there was still some discussion that someone did not have something in the book compared to newer stoves, or something (I will look from the computer tomorrow, from the phone not very conveniently)
What year is your stove?
Marpl
I just laid out the instructions (see p. 106) and recipes (see p. 108) for the Miracle-M from September 1990. I also bought a new one recently.

and an hour is a long time for him.
Marina, yes, a bit too much, because puff pastry is quickly baked, as well as yeast. In these cases, you just need to adapt in time to your Miracle. And this takes time and that's it. And the cake turned out to be very beautiful.
Quote: Marpl
Baked in a mold
Is it a detachable metal form? Although the photo does not seem to be detachable, it is definitely metal and, moreover, a light metal, otherwise the heat transfer will not be ideal. Why am I asking about the shape in such detail, just like in the silicone heat in Miracle. It baked great, but the bottom was not tanned, but pale, which I do not like.

Quote: Marpl
and in Miracle it was pale.
When I bake without a mold in my Miracle, the bottom of the baking is always tanned. It's just that sometimes I forget a big chicken pie in it, for the whole Miracle it can be problematic to take it out, it can break if the dough is of the shortbread type, without yeast. Therefore, in a form, and even more so in a detachable one, it is probably very good to bake.
Taia
I must have been lucky. My Wonder M bakes perfect.
I always bake in it on parchment, like this, it fits perfectly in size. I like it very much, then there is no need to scrub the form and it is very convenient to take out the baked goods by grasping the edges of the parchment. Recommend.

Taya, did not bake in Miracle on parchment, thanks for the idea.
Mila, I'm only in Miracle and baked. I took an ordinary rolled parchment, just tucked the protruding corners inward a little when baking. But then for these corners you can easily take out the pastries.
Mandraik Ludmila
Girls and boys, so that the parchment "lies down" easily, moisten it with water, crush it right under the stream and then it easily and tightly falls to the bottom and it seems to me that it lags behind easier later.

I not only moisten it, but then I wrinkle it well in my hands, I just brutally crush it into a ball, then it easily takes any shape. Lags behind equally well, never stuck. Well, we are talking about good parchment.

No, I do not do that, I wet the bottom and sides of the metal molds with water and there I sculpt ordinary parchment from rolls.
Svetta
Ludmila, I have all the parchment I buy in the store, the cheapest, never stick, except for liquid types of dough such as biscuit / cake, etc.... I never grease parchment for any baking. If it stuck under the biscuit, then it is still removed normally, only it is already being disposed of. If I baked pies, then the parchment remains clean with oil stains under the pies, I use this many times, all the way.
Clearly written, no?
Mandraik Ludmila
Mila56, it seems to me a completely different effect is obtained, I had problems with the sticking of the pies to the parchment, and I began to wet and crumple it, now there are no more problems. Although the parchment seems to be moisture resistant, it becomes softer and fits better due to the crumpledness from "crumpling", and as a result it does not stick

Quote: Svetta
Clearly written, no?
Svetta, yes, of course, the main thing is to wet the parchment and crush it properly.
It's just that when, for example, in a detachable form I put the parchment not crumpled, for baking in the oven, then the surface and sides of the biscuit are even. And if the parchment is wrinkled, will the sides and bottom of the same biscuit be even? With the pie, this is understandable, in it the smooth bottom and sides are not so important. I will try to experiment with crumpled and wet parchment.

Mandraik Ludmila, everyone, now I am armed with knowledge on this matter
Taia
I read about tips on soaking, clumping, etc. - I use this method in other, non-standard forms. But I don't like this method when baking biscuits.
And I saw these round ones on the shelf, in the same place where I buy regular, roll paper. Took a sample for a multicooker (lazy to do extra body movements). But it turned out to be perfect for a frying pan. Since then I have been using it.

Honestly, I never bothered with this. Crumpled wet parchment is actually quite even and smooth, even if there is a slight imprint on the edges of the biscuit, it is either smeared with cream or cut off. The bottom is definitely smooth.
