thanks for the recipe available in terms of ingredients and a seemingly simple recipe, I will definitely try it, but I just didn't understand about the stone saucepan at all, I hope the banal baking sheet will work for the Chinese program a la

There are hieroglyphs you have XP with unidentified languages of Southeast Asia and writing with hieroglyphs. By default, this is not installed in XP, only in Vista and Windows 7

Vaper,
on a baking sheet it is even easier, t -180. 30-40 minutes depending on the spirit. Look at the crust - how it will turn red. Naturally, nothing needs to be turned over. It turns out even tastier and more aromatic in the oven than in a slow cooker. At home, I always make this pita bread in the oven and a double portion. Try it, you won't regret it.
P.S. This is me dodging, because I don't have an oven here (I'm in Korea), but only a slow cooker.

Dana,
I write in Korean letters, yes, on our multicooker they are baked goods, just put less in time because my baking is at 140 degrees, and in yours, if I'm not mistaken, 180 or 190. Good luck!

Yes that's right. I have, for example, 7.

in a set 2 pots, one multilayer with Xwall coating, and the other made of natural stone inside and metal outside. So, I make baked goods in that saucepan, which is made of stone.

I have no special program. You just have a different language pack.
Do you really need Korean on your computer?
sazalexter
Domovenok, Carolina7 I have Windows7 HP, I can see the hieroglyphs perfectly, I can copy them, but naturally I cannot print, for this I need either a corresponding keyboard or a virtual keyboard
The conversation was about XP, which by default does not see hieroglyphs

True, this is not the only translator, but the best one for Korean, the problem is that he also translates in such a way that you can hardly understand what it is about. While mastering my slow cooker, I did not figure it out with the help of Google, I had to ask the Koreans, they translated into English.

Carolina 7, and if you bake in the oven, then how to stand the dough? and how to bake correctly?

1.Knead the dough from the proposed ingredients (take ordinary glasses 250 ml, yeast-1 tsp with a small top)
2. Leave the dough in a warm place under the plastic wrap for 1 hour.
3. Knead the dough and put it on a greased baking sheet, leveling it with your palms so that it turns out the desired shape with a height of 2-3 cm.Cover with a film (slightly greased so that it does not stick) and in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. for lifting.
4. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and put the pita bread there. Bake at t -180. 30-40 minutes

Carolina 7! Thank you very much for the lavash recipe, it turns out very tasty, now I will often bake it, because my home people liked it. Here is the report:

Lavash amazing

And now I’ll tell you how I baked it ... I didn’t see that the cups should be from CF, and I took the cups from the x / n! At the same time, I put the yeast, as you indicated - 1 tsp. (also took from x / n). My lavash is 7.5 cm in height, you can see the cut yourself! Now the second dough is being prepared for baking (I also took a glass from cotton), I just put a little more salt, otherwise it seemed to me a bit bland (but it tastes and color ...). Next time I want to try replacing part of the flour with whole grain and maybe add malt or something else .... Do you think it will work out? Or is it not worth the risk?

Thanks again for the recipe.

It's nice to see that the recipe is not in vain
Be sure to try and experiment with replacing part of the flour. I liked it with the addition of 1/4 of rye flour and flax seeds. But about malt, I won't say, I have never tried it myself.
Be healthy!
Natusichka
Thank you! I will definitely try!

Carolina7, yet how not in vain! My family and I really liked this lavash, really in terms of structure and taste very good. similar. I saw the recipe late in the evening, quickly made it. Home Pts. I liked it, I'm doing it today, very easy to prepare, but really amazing!
I always brown the top crust of multi-cooked bread under the micro grill for several minutes, it turns out a beautiful and tasty crust.

Lavash amazing
Natusichka
Lena! Wow, what did you get, I will also try to bake a crust under the grill, I will condole ...
Elenka
Natusya, try it, you will like it, I blush all the MV-bread.
And further. when I was shifting the dough, I slightly sprinkled it with flour.
Natusichka
In the sense of? Where did you transfer it? When is the second barrel in the multi, so that from the other side to bake?
Elenka
No. Natusya, when MV shifted from a bowl to a pan.
Natusichka
Yeah, got it! I'll try it like that!
Pinky
Is it possible to bake such lavash in Panasik MV? Well, I don't have a stone saucepan, but I want lavash! And I don't have a grill in the stove. Available in micro and airfryer. Where is the best place to bake the crust so as not to dry it out?
Natusichka
Pinky! So it seems to me that we are all here and bake it in Panasonic! At least me and Elenka 69 - exactly there and bake (in 18 models)!

Lena! And what is the effect of pouring flour on the central locking system (do you pour both from above and from below?)?
Pinky
Natusichka Thank you for the clarification. Well, where were you all yesterday with this recipe. My husband came home for two days, I would have pampered him, and so I had to bake a loaf (albeit sooo delicious) in the oven.
And yet, where is it better to bake the crust? Maybe in micro?
Elenka

Pinky, I wrote in my post that I am browning in micr.

Natusya, I don’t know, the crust is prettier or something. I wanted to do it intuitively. In Georgia, lavashik is baked in ovens on a stone wall (the oven is something like a pit, at the bottom there is heat) so it is always slightly dusted with flour. So the blanks are directly sawn to the wall of the furnace, and then they are taken out with a hook.

Yes, and it seemed to me a lot of salt, next time I will put less.

No, they didn't measure it out, the flour is different. I got 4 m / glass, it was thicker than for pancakes, and if I poured the fifth, it would already be a bun.
Natusichka
Crumb! I answer with a delay: I baked for 30 minutes on one side, then turned it over with a double boiler and baked again for 30 minutes on the other side.

To get such a porous pita bread, the dough should be as thick as pancakes. If it is like bread, then you get bread, only small
natapit
just made the dough yesterday. guests arrived. sent him in the refrigerator overnight! the taste has not suffered at all! baked 2 pita breads for 1.5 norms in the form of 26 cm in diameter in the oven. oiled the top ol. oil. sprinkled with rosemary. ground aromatic pepper and sea salt. Usually I don’t write if something didn’t work out as well as the author’s ... But I haven’t baked anything like that while using the multicooker and bread maker.

He baked for 60 + 30 minutes. It turned out to be a flat cake, and inside is raw dough.

I made this lavash in Dax. Only I did not put on the heating, but turned on an empty saucepan on heating for literally one minute (so that the saucepan was not cold), then turned it off, laid the dough and it stood warm in the proofer.
