My condolences! Of course, memory is sacred!
Do you only make mastic cakes? Have you exhibited here? Have you already attended the Pastry Chef School?
Thank you, Lyubochka.
Mostly mastic, but without for their own. I haven't learned to exhibit yet. I haven't attended the School of the Confectioner yet. I'm new here.
I read how to upload photos, I realized that it was a radical. But I do not know how and I have no photographs on the radical.

Oh, girls, will you take me to the gingerbread houses? I have never done it, but I really want to try
Lena, I didn’t do it either, I didn’t even know what it was, until Lyubasha showed her house here, look, what a beauty.

So together we will master, read Temka from house to house, maybe Lyuba will tell us what and how.

Girls, little tip: add a little vanilla or vanilla sugar to the finished pumpkin porridge. It will be much tastier.

And yet, if someone doubts whether to buy a multicooker or it will be superfluous in the kitchen, definitely: BUY! I am very pleased with my cartoon and now I think: how did I live without it?
Marina22
Girls, I'm here again, again with questions
Now I can't live without Dexik, so I want to fry the meat first, and then extinguish it. How do you fry with the lid open or closed? And what a temperature, I have a chicken.
Lika_n
Fry with the lid open .. and if it’s already ready in time, you can forcibly turn it off by clicking on cancel .. then set another mode.

Frying - with the lid open. In this mode, you select not the temperature, but the Product selection button - the option: Meat.

Girls, I've read the recipe for whole oatmeal porridge, so there you need to set the stewing program for 2 hours. Is it possible? isn't this program automatically exposed?

Of course, you can, press the stewing program, then press the cooking time and set how much you need

I haven't cooked it yet, I want to start with a delayed start in the morning.
Here are the proportions:
1 cc of whole oats
2 mst of water
2 mst milk
salt, sugar to taste
Braising for 2 hours then warming up for 4 hours

And I would not risk with Quenching. Oatmeal is oatmeal, especially at night. I would bet on Milk Porridge with a delay. There is a maximum of 2 hours on Milk porridge. So I would put them and what kind of delay I need to install, and then, let it cost four hours or more at the end of the heating. There Default heating is a maximum of 6 hours. If after 4 hours it is not ready yet, then let it continue. Only pour cold milk and water into the cartoon, otherwise until the mode turns on, so that the milk does not have time to turn sour.
I just advised you my thoughts, but I haven't cooked this yet, so think about whether all this is useful to you or not.

Of course it will come in handy, that's what I'll do. In the recipe (I can't find it so quickly, I wrote it down for myself in an album) they cooked it in some other cartoon.

I decided to look through the recipe book that came with the cartoon at my leisure. interested in what was written about the languor. There is a recipe Beef in red wine... I read it up and down. There are no words about wine anywhere in the composition and in the description. Only in the title. Interestingly, girls, you too. And how to understand, whether to remove wine from the name, or forgot to enter it into the description.
And there is also in this recipe and in the previous one. Selyanski chicken (also the Simmering mode) tomatoes and wine are indicated, and so, the mode is long, but how does the coating of the saucepan endure such a long contact with tomato acids and alcohol? Someone has a coating specialist and what he doesn't really like, except for the temperature difference.

I don't remember, I already wrote a recipe somewhere. Maybe here, maybe at Stella.

Only I do not fry everything, but put it raw in layers and season it with spices. The set of vegetables can be very different. But I prefer meat, onions, potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, eggplants, zucchini, garlic, tomatoes. Lots of parsley or cilantro.

Well, sho you found fault with the translator. In general, I opened this book to look at the pictures.
Yes, I didn't read these recipes either. But I was very puzzled when my sister complained that it takes a long time to cook everything on "rice". And when I asked why she was frying on "rice", she replied that "the recipe says so."So I had to look into this recipe and get angry.
And it is unlikely that these are the translator's shoals, the style of presenting the recipes is different, it is more likely that they were grabbed somewhere from the forums

Girls, look what kind of cheesecake I made for my son. Cheesecake "Fair"

Nadia! Abaldet, what a cheesecake !!!
He gave the students a lift with such a mother, supplies the children with such tasty treats.
Believe it or not, the students have their own Dex. But I was told not to transfer anything from food, current cakes, etc.
True, I made a curly pinscher for them last week from an unproduced biscuit for a drunken cherry. so they then did another under my strict guidance, but with white dough.

Well done students! They also haut today's youth.
My girlfriends lived in the hostel, and I, like a local, always fed them. They will go home for the weekend, they will bring food, then they will eat it in two days. And on other days, at best, the eggs could be bungled.
True, then there were no cartoons even in the project.
Not mine cooks for himself from the first day in university. He was also 2 years without multi. And then he got Perfeza, and a few months after that he started thinking about a cooler multi. Wait here, at my request, I went and felt Polaris. And immediately said they say and there the saucepan is not spinning due to the handles, they say, and he would not refuse such.

beauty and yummy probably! Nadia, what cartoon did you do it in. If in dex, then nothing needs to be changed in the recipe?
I did it in Dex, of course. Wait, he stayed with me. The only thing that I already wrote in the subject. that I had 600 g of cottage cheese, so I added 1 egg everywhere and the rest of the ingredients by sight. And on my own I added dried cranberries to the cottage cheese and put a little on the edge in the coffee dough. I wrote there in detail in the subject. The son said it was very tasty. He has a sweet tooth. so I put sugar normally. And it also says in multi-glasses like, and I did everything in ordinary glasses. Today I bought cottage cheese, I want to make it myself, but since my husband and I can't do everything right away. I also swung at the chicken tomorrow. Therefore, I will make the cheesecake closer to Saturday and share it with my mother later.

Help!!! I stewed pepper and now all the gum on the lid smell like it. Milk smells, porridge smells. And I rubbed soap with Domestos and steamed with lemon and ... everything smells like stewed pepper.
What to do?
Buy a cover and alternate between them.

try to rub it with oil .. but as a rule, everyone has this .. smells .. so the meat is its own .. porridge + baked goods ..
I’m thinking .. and if you stew fish .. it will also smell (I haven’t done it yet) someone tried .. it smells like fish.

Yeah, pepper is such a smelly thing, the fish is just resting. I somehow smelled the whole freezer for myself, having frozen a dofig of pepper with straws. And the husband once, after cooking something with pepper, washed the dishes and smelled everything in the kitchen and asked - "Does it stink?" But to be honest, other dishes don't stink afterwards after that. I would have smelled it, for some time now I smell pepper even with a closed nose. The next time you cook something else in the pressure cooker, the gum has a standard (mixed) smell. It also stinks, but not of pepper, but all in a bunch.
Mona1
I also don’t feel that my gum stinks strongly (though I didn’t fish in it, maybe then it will stink). I just do not close it when the cartoon is not in use, it stands open, ventilated.
Lika_n
Tanyusha, I also don't close it completely .. I lift the handle up, but I don't close the lid all the way ..
lunova-moskalenko
I don’t know, I’m carcassing meat, making pastries. I do stuffed pepper. True, I don't make fish. Well, the gum does not absorb the smell. True, I try to wash it right after cooking and leave the cartoon open. As I bought a spare from Linochka, I have never used it yet. The current saucepan is in use!
And today I again made myself a Vatrushka for the kurnik. But this time, for some reason, the curd filling was like kefir, so something terrible happened, but airy. I'll try it myself tomorrow. Today I catch Olesin's kurnik.

I once cooked pepper in a pressure cooker, then the gum was also saturated with this smell. I took it off (the benefit is removed), and boiled it in water with ginger (after reading the advice here on the forum). The smell of the gum has become no better, but generally incomprehensible and also disgusting. Then she lay there for a long time to erode, and after several preparations she began to smell of the food she was cooking.
albina1966
Hospidia! Thank God my people don't eat stuffed peppers. 🔗
And I only cooked fish like hake, so, like, niche, there was no soap and smell.
lunova-moskalenko
By the way, there really was a smell in the gum in the pressure cooker. But in the cartoon no !!!! Even from pepper, I really love to do it. Fast and trouble-free and satisfying!

In Deksika I made fish (tuna) on an onion-carrot pillow - I washed the lid - there is no smell! And I made pepper more than once in Panas - there the lid cannot be removed in order to wash it well - there is no smell at all, as well as from fish - I do it quite often!
Arnica
If I immediately shifted from the saucepan, then the gum did not smell too much. And somehow I cooked during the day, and shifted it only in the evening, then it smelled.
Prus - 2
Well, I always shift it right away, let the saucepan and lid cool down a bit, and wash it right away.

When my grandmother wanted to get rid of some odor in the dishes, she washed it with warm water, having previously dissolved a handful of mustard powder in it.
natalia27
It seems to me that mustard is unlikely to help, it simply degreases very well, and the smell of pepper is probably impossible to defeat, only it will weaken over time. I decided to try out the new Redmond pressure cooker and couldn't figure out anything better how to make stuffed peppers. As a result, no compote or baking can be cooked in it. It's easier in DEHsik, I bought an additional spare cover and beauty ... One for desserts, the second for everything else. I recommend everyone to purchase an additional cover.

Marina, very valuable advice, you must try! I have dry mustard .... a lot of AAA: girl_dance: and I don't know what to do with it
Precisely, I know about mustard that if meat is rolled in mustard with a smell, then there will be no spoiled smell. But only the smell, the meat does not become fresh from this.
Lika_n
whole potatoes were cooked, crumpled, mixed with sunflowers for an hour - a little + mustard .. on a rag and on the back .. the child was wrapped in a blanket (sadists .. I still remember) .. the potatoes warmed deep into the lungs .. began to stink (mustard) and oven .. in short, the worms are resting ..
puffed and asked to untie .. there were two children .. so that where one was sick there and the second ..

Girls, again a question
With a hinged steamer, it's clear, but how to use a steam plate? where to put it?

Today I made an omelet in deksik, how delicious, completely different than in a frying pan, and so satisfying.

Marina put the steam plate on the bottom of the saucepan. Water is poured into a saucepan and steamed

put the plate on the bottom of the bowl ... you can cook something right on the plate, or you can, for example, pour the omelet into a silicone mold, put it on the plate and cook the omelet like that!

Hello everyone! Tanya! I also join in the congratulations! Happy granddaughter! Let her grow strong and healthy to the delight of her parents, grandfathers and grandmothers!
Girls, here I ordered a slow cooker for myself! I'm looking forward to when they send it! : girl_red: This will be my first slow cooker! The daughter uses, experiments. Zaregis was discussed on the forum. but does not ask questions, or everything is clear or shy. But I certainly will not be ashamed, I hope to accept it in your company

And I had an "accident" today. I cooked a soup from pea flour, put it on Stew (the broth was cooked on the stove - hot), looked at it boiling and left the kitchen. And after a couple of minutes, the children call. I came running, a fountain came out of the valve and soup came from everywhere and got under the pan (it ran down the walls onto the shade and under it). I barely washed my beauty. Now I don't know if it will smell burnt when cooking. I was upset, this is not water (everything was sticky). It is worth drying. We wanted to promote it to see what was inside, but did not dare because of the guarantee.
Maybe not on the Stew it was necessary to cook? Of course, peas are such a specific product, but it seems to me that it always boils strongly on Stew.
