She took homemade cottage cheese, rubbed it in the bowl of the combine with knives to make it pasty, added a couple of tablespoons of sour cream. Just what you need. Instead of cream, I had a pack of good expensive store sour cream 25%, which whips perfectly, + a glass of homemade sour cream. Of course, the cream would probably be softer with cream, but with sour cream it is also delicious!
I baked a sponge cake for the whole baking sheet 40x40. How to cut it into three parts to make a more or less large cake - I did not understand. Therefore, I baked another such biscuit. As a result, I got a cake 25x18 cm, from four cakes. Just the size is suitable, and the height of the cake. Therefore, the cream was made one and a half servings at once. Since I didn't have white chocolate for one and a half servings, I added a couple of tablespoons of condensed milk to the cream.
There was a lot of cream! Enough to smear the cake from the heart, and to eat from the heart. The cream in terms of density is excellent, you can easily level the cake with this cream if the biscuit is not very even.
