Definitely a service.
Spinning and scrolling with your hands. Effort needs to be applied, but it turns

Sadness means let's go to the service.
Thanks for the help. ))

Although my stove did not break much, I decided to find recipes on the Internet, and baked ciabatta bread, it turned out very tasty

Mariya1190, Congratulations! Beautiful bread. By the way, there are many ciabatta recipes on the forum.
Mariya1190
sazalexter, thanks, I have not yet fully figured out the forum and have not found such bread recipes to knead with my hands, the knife broke
Mariya1190
sazalexter, my recipe is similar to the 2nd option, but it's not much simpler, but next time I'll try it like that,
And you can still ask for a question there are programs in our stove such as: se2, se5,6 and 9 there is manual dressing and molding, it turns out that the knife does not interfere there, only leaven and pastries; is everything right?
sazalexter
Mariya1190, About these programs I will not say anything, I do not use them

Please tell me how is it with kneading dough for dumplings, dumplings, pancakes. I read the whole topic, but there is no answer.
zokibada
Yes, in general, what prevents that?
Kneading for bread, and even simple and even more so.
Se10 30 minutes kneading
If a little / a lot of SE1 - 15 minutes of mixing.

Thank you!

Hello everyone! We recently bought such a stove! We live in Hong Kong. Bought on some local site here. At home we found out that the inner glass is glass and the outer glass is plastic !!! Does anyone have such a build option? And tell me how the heating elements work correctly ?? Our upper one becomes very bright and the lower one becomes dark red, almost black (I baked charlotte, the bottom remained damp! Either it's in the shade, or the mold was too thick for this oven. I used a high glass type like for a cake. Who uses what forms ? from what material and what height? Thank you all!
sazalexter
Krolik, Kristina! The outer glass is plastic, everything is in order. The heating elements are switched on together and separately up / down, depending on the position of the switch.

Used glass high type for cupcake
This is how it is prepared in glass, it is better to use Teflon-coated aluminum of suitable size, or Ikea ceramics.
Try to search for similar ones on Chinese Taobao or Japanese Rakuten
Krolik
I thought double glass means glass and outside)) The heating elements turn on in different ways, yes, they cut off) But I mean when they work together or separately (it doesn't matter) they differ in color from each other. It feels like the lower ten does not work at full strength, it is not as brightly red when heated as the upper element. Therefore, I am sinning on the oven for not baking my cake from the bottom due to a possibly faulty ten.
What about you ? Are both bright red?
sazalexter
Krolik, Kristina! They visually heat in different ways, but as a matter of fact, I don’t know, I didn’t pay attention. The outer glass is organic, maybe for the better it has poor thermal conductivity, it heats up less.

Mercy sideways, Alexander! received answers to all tormenting questions)
Krolik
Alexander, let me still contact) The question is, can a container for baking bread be used as a baking dish? Knead dough, pour in and bake pies, for example? Question number 2 - there is a light smoke from under the door during cooking. This is normal? Thank you.

Of course you can, just don't heat it up empty. Light "smoke" is water vapor, I don't see anything terrible in it.

Help me please!
Has anyone changed the light bulb in this device? At the same time, my light stopped burning, the shaft stopped turning, and the heating elements seem to be heating, but the temperature is clearly low (hot for hands) - the pizza could not be baked after manual kneading. I don't know if there is a connection ...
The stove was a little less than 2 years old, it was not used much - only in the country, for the penultimate time - perfectly kneaded and baked bread, in the last one - it kneaded perfectly, baked, as it seemed to me, also not quite baked the pizza and the light was blinking. And then - that's all - the lamp does not burn, does not knead (the bucket is normal, the shaft is scrolled by hand), and baked and baked, set 200 degrees, and nothing ...
Is there any hope that it will be repaired? in our village they don't like to fix ...
sazalexter
aynat, Tatiana, alas, did not come across such a defect. And the normal voltage in the network can be underestimated?
aynat
sazalexter, Alexander, THANKS !!!

I tried it at home (they brought it to the service) - everything works - the light is on, the shaft is spinning!

It's strange, of course, that through this line we had a kettle, a lawn mower, and a chopper - everything worked!

WHOOOO! I felt relieved from my heart ...

Good day everyone!
The following problem appeared with the bread maker - it cannot scroll the dough. The engine can be heard humming, but not turning. I suspect a starting capacitor. I disassembled the stove, but the capacitor's capacity is unfortunately erased. Suddenly someone will disassemble their bread maker - please take a picture. It looks like a black rectangle with white inscriptions on it, located next to the engine.

Or maybe someone knows what capacity there should be?
sazalexter
mandrake, Check the bucket by pulling it out of the HP, the scapula should spin by hand without effort. My bucket does not flow, but there is enough wedge, lubrication from the drive side helps, but not for long.
mandrake
sazalexter, yes, it turns with a finger quite easily. And when the sticky dough sticks to the spatula, it starts buzzing and cannot scroll. And what do you lubricate with? I'll try, but what if it helps.
sazalexter
mandrake, I lubricate with PMS-5 silicone, without disassembling the unit. Conder most likely 3.0 uF * 450V CBB61

The topic has died out, but it's a pity ... And we have been using the stove both in the tail and in the mane for the fifth year without serious damage. From frivolous - the door travel stops, such plastic rectangles, flew off. Now the door opens from the stove to the very countertop, you have to refuel it back. And the timer spinner, which sets the oven operating time, works poorly, does not change the time in one turn. Well, these contacts are bad, they got dirty, probably, for so many years of operation, or the tracks have worn out.

It's a pity the topic is not updated. I wanted to offer my oven to my colleagues bakers.
