VALERIY @ with the purchase of you, master, the unit is not quite complicated, but the help is really huge, there was a DR on the eve of 2 types of bread, in the DR itself in the morning there was a salmon pie (napit) and pizza, I did not knead anything with my hands, the whole oven itself and the Dough itself I also kneaded dumplings on the dumplings, everything was kneaded normally, I don't remember anymore, I think I set the minimum for 15 minutes, but I could be wrong for a long time
VALERIY @
kotyuchok, Thank you! We made 3 breads from recipes according to the attached instructions. White and 2 times black according to the same recipe (Rye bread on page 270) the second time added 50 g more water to the AU8 program, but the results were not very pleasing. The dough rises less after kneading than during proofing. And during baking, it also does not rise anymore 🔗 🔗
This is yesterday's bread - a bit small, a bit sturdy. For 750g
And you will not share your successful recipes. I would be very grateful. I really really want specific recipes.
kotyuchok
VALERIY @, here on the forum is a storehouse of recipes, all of them are proven, for the most part, the authors are ready to answer any questions, I did not bake pure rye, so I cannot help, I made rye-wheat according to recipes https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=302859.0 and https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=122862.0 both are successful, I have several dozen recipes in the tabs to try. Now there is a dough for such https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=180128.0, but all these breads are not according to the oven programs, more often I knead separately the spreading and baking in the oven mode, I make baking on the machine. Take a walk through the sections, it is very interesting here.
sazalexter
VALERIY @, Read the topic above, the recipe and technology are described in detail.
VALERIY @
kotyuchok, thanks for the specific links. It's just that the purpose of buying this assistant is to get rid of manual work. I am looking for recipes so that it works out on the machine. Something has already succeeded !. Hooray ! sazalexter, thanks for the advice to read the topic. Although I started with this. But only after the third reading, the tips for baking bread are brought together, including your (important) tips. Today I will bake according to your technologies. Good luck for me...
sazalexter
VALERIY @, Good luck!

VALERIY @, how are you doing?
Alla Deryuzhenko
Hello everyone, tell me, today is the second day, using this miracle, I set the charlotte 180 degrees for 35 minutes, I pierce it after the signal to cook, and the middle is damp. What's wrong?
sazalexter
Alla Deryuzhenko, Add time, as in a simple oven, to the desired degree of baking.
Alla Deryuzhenko
Thanks for the advice, that's how I made the pie, it turned out superb! I'll bake something else now
Alla Deryuzhenko
Tell me, should a liquid dish boil when only the lower ten is working? I set the temperature to 220 for 45 minutes, but it does not boil. And the heat is somehow weak, it seems to me, although the ten heats up to red. Is this normal or am I just panicking?
olga378
Hello!
Tell me, has anyone tried to bake Easter cake in this oven? Share your advice please !!!
kotyuchok
olga378, hello, I did not bake a cake, but a sweet roll, but I see no reason why the oven did not cope with baking Easter cake, at least for myself I plan to bake it in it. The only thing that I would pay attention to is the height, so that the product does not rest against the shadows of the ceiling
olga378
Thank you! I also think about the height ... The classical form will definitely not work)
What recipe did you plan to use?
olga378
I also liked the recipe for Easter cake from Myasoedovskaya, only the author just recommends a high classical form, and this mini-oven will definitely not fit in this mini-oven ((
kotyuchok
olga378, we will experiment in an old gas oven I don’t want
olga378
kotyuchok, And I just don't have any oven anymore, I'll have to take a chance) Thank you for your support!
olga378
sazalexter, Thank you!!!!! Do you think you can try the sweet bread program AU13 or better than AU 14? I want to taste it in the form that comes with the bread.
sazalexter
olga378I would start the experiment with the AU13 sweet bread program
Gael
Hello! Happy holidays!
Very much I ask for advice. Yesterday I got such a stove (before that, an excellent Moulinex bread maker). I baked white bread from the instructions for AU2. Then - gray (intuitively chose AU5). Delicious. But so many automatic programs are incomprehensible. Is there an explanation of the programs somewhere? I found a website with recipes, but they coincide with those in the book. Thank you
sazalexter
Gael, Alas, there are no explanations, except for those that are not in the instructions.
Gael
Thank you. I will try empirically
Lena-Alena
Hello . Please tell me: does anyone bake bread with rye sourdough in this machine?
If possible, tell me the recipe. Today I bought this miracle of technology, I don't know from which side to approach it
Until now, she baked bread only in a conventional oven.
sazalexter
Lena-Alena, I bake only on dough, the technology is higher in the subject. On sourdough, it seems to me the principle is similar.
Sivana
sazalexter, I really wanted to buy this device, I saw it only yesterday, I didn't even know about its existence before. As a longtime user, are you satisfied with it? I am very interested in pizza, is it great? Did you like that round bread, probably as tasty as beautiful?
sazalexter
Sivana, Pizza, like everything that is cooked in the oven, turns out to be very tasty, but this is more the merit of the wife and the quality of the products.
The bread is tasty in properties closer to bread from the oven, more details above in the topic.
Xavier
Can you please tell me if it is possible somehow in this oven to make the dough proofing for more than 2 hours? I make bread with "weak" leaven, the dough rises for a long time, 2 hours is not enough. And every 2 hours I don't really want to remember and run to restart the timer :-(
sazalexter
Xavier, Otherwise it will not work. If only the room is warm, put it on for 2 hours, then leave it in the HP, it will slowly cool down to room temperature, it will still fit.
Botanikys
Good day! I got this miracle, but there is a suspicion that the thermometer is lying. I decided to check it in a stupid way: I set the temperature to 140 degrees, the "two sticks with convection" mode and a pan with water. In general, within 15 minutes, the water did not boil. Then I got tired of waiting. Turned 180 after another 10 minutes, the bottom was all in bubbles, but clearly not boiling. Feeling to do?
sazalexter
Botanikys, 1) Insert a thermometer, check the oven, preheating for at least 15 minutes. 2) Not steamed.
Botanikys
Where else can I get such a thermometer?
Xavier
I checked with a thermometer, the temperature in the center +/- 5 degrees corresponds to the set one, higher / lower than the center - about 5-10 degrees less. I have not yet met the accuracy higher (I checked it in 3 gas ovens and 2 ovens).
aynat
Owners of this model, please tell me
1. are there programs like just "dough"
2. the dimensions of the baking sheet and grates.
3.Is it possible to cook on 2 levels at once (for example, bake pies)
Thanks in advance.
sazalexter
aynat, 1) There is a kneading 15 minutes with heated yeast dough SE1: SQUARE. There is also SE10: MIXING but I did not use it
2) Oven depth 290 mm width 315 mm height from the bottom position of the wire rack to the top protection of the shade 110 mm, baking sheet 295 mm * 250 mm However, a pizza with a diameter of 30 cm enters easily https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=143917.80
3) You can.
Larra
Hello everybody! I really want to buy this stove, I'm studying it so far, but I already like it, there are so many possibilities ... but please answer this question, bread baking is fully automatic, that is, kneading, proofing, kneading, proofing and baking (like in a bread maker or something like that otherwise) without interrupting the program? and is it still possible to knead tough dough in it, for example, into dumplings? maybe they already asked such questions, there was no time to read the whole topic, please tell me if it's not difficult))) thanks in advance.
sazalexter
LarraYou can bake on the machine, but the programs are short, I don't like it, I bake with preliminary preparation of the dough. I didn't knead the dough on the dumplings, I have a Panasonic and a MUM5 combine for this.
Larra

I bake with preliminary preparation of the dough.
Oh, I’m already afraid to buy it, I have no experience in baking at all, only I baked in the oven with manual kneading and proofing, suddenly I won’t figure it out, now I’m trying to master the preparation of a semi-finished starter culture from our forum, I don’t know what will turn out, there is certainly a desire to learn , but scary ... and with sourdough you bake bread in it?
Can any of the users cook dough on dumplings in it, if there are such, please respond !? I really don’t know what to do
sazalexter
Larra, I bake by leaps and bounds, putting dough. More details above.
Larra
Alexander, Thank you, I read the whole Temko)))

However, a pizza with a diameter of 30 cm enters calmly

sazalexter Do you bake pizza in a pizza pan? If yes, can you name it?
sazalexter
aynat, We make pizza not in a classic shape, we use a Teflon shape of a suitable size and shape from Ikea.
aynat
sazalexter,
thanks for the answer.
Another question, if possible.
Not sure how with a Delonghi renovation? In the millionth Samara, I barely found 1 service, where they undertook to look at my HP Kenwood when it broke down. Now I choose a technique according to the availability of service
sazalexter

I will not say more precisely, you need to call
sovastrapushka
Thanks to the forum, helped me choose a mini-oven) Let's start experiments !!! Pliz .... advise a yeast-free dough for pies (I don't like the smell of yeast), on which prog is it better to knead and bake?
sazalexter
sovastrapushka, Alas, I can't really tell you anything, we make the dough only with yeast (it doesn't smell) according to the recipe from
Panasonic
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Wheat flour 500 g
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Butter 30 g
Water 310 ml
Mesim in Panasonic, bake in Delongy.

Here are the meat pies
Mini Oven Bread Maker DeLonghi EOB 2071
Made entirely in the oven (kneading, spreading, baking)
According to this recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=180683.0

Marina, please tell me, did you mix SE10 (30min) or SE1 (15min)? Proofing - SE11 as I understand it (2 hours). Baking - temperature and time? I want to try jam pies)
sazalexter
Part no. 7011810711, stirring paddle for electric oven DeLonghi EOB2071 may come in handy. Bucket No. 7011810711,
this is not yet accurate, in principle, No. should be different.
