Brewed rye bread with milk thistle in a bread maker

Ingredients

Rye wallpaper flour 250 g
Wheat flour 1 grade 150 g
Dry malt 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Milk thistle meal 1 tbsp. l.
Milk thistle bran 2 tbsp. l.
Kombucha sourdough 80 ml
Pressed yeast 5 g
Linseed oil 2 tbsp. l.
Boiling water 200 ml
Infusion of kombucha 100 ml
Flax seed for sprinkling 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Put all the rye flour, meal, bran, malt in the HP, fill it with boiling water, set it with the lid open for 15 minutes in the "pelmeni" mode.
  • When it cools down, add sourdough, yeast, salt, wheat flour, turn on the "dumplings", in the process add a little tea mushroom infusion.
  • When finished, add oil and set it on the "Rye" mode.
