Baked potatoes with paprika and yogurt sauce (Philips Air Fryer)

Ingredients

Potatoes 500 gr.
Ground paprika 1 tbsp. l.
Ground red pepper on the tip of a knife
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
For the sauce:
Natural yoghurt (with Lactina sourdough) 100 ml
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Fresh chopped parsley 2 tbsp. l.
Freshly ground black pepper taste
Garlic 1 clove

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes. Cut randomly (I have long slices). Soak in cold water for 20-30 minutes. Drain the water. Dry the potato wedges. Mix olive oil, paprika, red ground pepper. Season the potatoes with the mixture. to stir thoroughly.
  • Put potato wedges into an air fryer preheated to 200 * C. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 * C and 10 minutes at 160 * C, shaking occasionally.
  • While the potatoes are baking, prepare the sauce: combine the yogurt, lemon juice, chopped garlic, chopped parsley and black pepper. I didn't salt!
  • Season the finished potatoes with sea salt to taste!
