Ice cream "Chestnut for 28 kopecks"

Milk 250 ml
Vanilla 1 pod
Essence of cognac or nut
Cream 150 g
Yolks

My favorite recipe for "chestnut for 28 kopecks", if anyone is interested I spread:
Beat 4 yolks with 100g sugar. (less possible)
Warm 250ml of milk with 1 vanilla pod (I like a rich taste), you can add cognac essence, or nutty - a lot of variations
Whip 150g cream.
Combine the cooled and strained milk with cream and whipped yolks and in an ice cream maker.
I make chocolate cups in advance.
I grease a disposable glass very thickly from the inside with melted chocolate (sometimes sprinkle with crushed nuts) and into the freezer.
I pour the finished ice cream into the glasses with chocolate and insert a disposable spoon.
Before serving, from a well-frozen ice cream, I remove the glass, cutting off the plastic.
Try it! for me it's the taste of childhood.
