Ice cream lemon

Ingredients

Lemon 3 pcs
Sugar 150 g
Milk 200 g
Cream 200 g
Lemon Syrup (made from lemon sugar) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Squeeze out the lemons (as they are squeezed out, only remove the seeds), cover with sugar, beat until completely dissolved with sugar. Add milk and cream and, if you want, immediately, lemon syrup, but we love to water it later in a vase.
  • My aunt (80 years old) tried this ice cream and said what she ate in a restaurant at the River Station when her husband looked after her.
