Plain vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

Low fat cream 45 ml
Heavy cream 450 ml
Granulated sugar (powder) 150 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Salt 1/8 tsp

Cooking method

  • Here I came across a recipe without eggs, but the fat content of the cream was not specified, to be wise at random or what?
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. The sugar should be completely dissolved. Pour this mixture into an ice cream maker. Whisk and freeze as directed in the instructions for the ice cream maker. You will have about 1.4 liters of ice cream.

For ice cream, I take homemade cream and dilute it with milk 1: 1 - after whipping, a dense, fluffy mass is obtained. And, I repeat, we like it more with the egg than without it.

You need to be careful with sugar, otherwise it may turn out to be too sweet.
