Ice cream coffee

Cream (35%)450 g
Milk100 ml
Double strong dense espresso
Gelatin1 tsp from the top-mounted bread maker
Sugar5-6 st. l.
Seasoning for coffee and desserts from Kamispinch

Cooking method

  • 100ml of milk in cream as usual + I made a double strong dense expresso in a coffee machine (you can cook very strong and in a Turk, of course) added to the already hot cream and gelatin and then all the steps are the same (recipe "Ice cream is perfect")
  • The ice cream turned out to be just a song! Beautiful caramel color, stunning aroma - smell for the whole apartment and lasts for a very long time! Very, very tasty! If I didn’t make it myself, I wouldn’t have believed that it is not daddy with flavor enhancers - the smell is so strong and persistent!
  • I highly recommend giving it a try!
