  • Made blackberry ice cream. I pushed the blackberry into the juicer, it turned out about 500 ml of thick juice, you could take it with a spoon. There half a liter of 20% cream and 100 grams of sugar. The ice cream turned out to be sooooooo strange, a drop dead dark purple color. It did not freeze in the ice cream maker, shifting the semi-liquid one. But then, after the final freeze, there was no ice inside.
