Ingredients

Yolks 3 pcs
Cream 600 g
Sugar 0.5st
(vanilla, cocoa, coffee, lemon juice, frozen jam (grated berry + frozen sugar) all these additives to taste

Cooking method

  • Beat the eggs + sugar, pour in the cream and put on the fire, stir all the time (I interfere with the mixer) to cook to grab a little mass. Cool and ice cream.
  • Previously, I always did it with a mixer, too, it turned out well

  • ice cream turns out the way I like creamy and thick without ice grains.
  • I tried a recipe in which, instead of plum milk, the cream did not go when it freezes, it remains smooth and the milk freezes with crystals, we do not like this
