Melon Ice Cream

Ingredients

Cream 33% 200 ml
Milk 100 ml
Powdered sugar 6 tbsp. l.
Egg 2 pcs.
Melon puree 200 ml

Cooking method

  • Let me remind you the recipe for ice cream: cream with milk and 2 tbsp. l. beat the powdered sugar, beat the yolks separately with 2 tbsp. l. powdered sugar, proteins with 2 tbsp. l. powder. We mix everything. Grind the melon pulp in a blender, let stand. After about five minutes, the melon juice will go down, and the pulp (puree) will go up. Gently catch this pulp with a spoon in a measuring cup to the 200 ml mark. Add ice cream to our mix, stir and pour into ice cream maker. Ready ice cream can be eaten immediately, or you can freeze it harder. In any case, it will be delicious!
