Omela,
Interesting things how to buy them more
dopleta
I have similar ones from the Cabaret set, there are even 4 types of them.
Leska
With the help of these gizmos, very beautiful salads are obtained from vegetables (I made mainly from boiled ones) and fruits, the kids sweep them away at one moment. Beauty is a terrible force - a child who refused to eat just boiled vegetables, curvy dared everything in a moment in front of the surprised parents.
But for the test, they are too small. There is one more plus - they can be undermined with a file if they are dull.

Here's a stand. I think you should, don't you?

Very nice! And what do the shrimp olives wear? Are there any "thorns" there? And what is this beauty made of? If the place in the house allows. it is definitely a must!
dopleta
I turned it over in my hands. It is made of plastic, the tips are pointed. But up close, I did not make an impression, in my opinion - kitsch.
dopleta
TanechkaI hope it's you without irony? Then -. But today I saw some interesting little thing and picked up a pipe in the store - this is, like, a needle for meat, only with a pipette:

Caprice
I have a similar sauce enema with a removable silicone brush. It is convenient to pour over the sauce in the oven.
Only without a needle. I have a meat needle separately, complete with a special syringe for marinating meat.
And I bought a roller for cutting the rolled dough into circles, for dumplings, like. Or dumplings ...
Vichka
: hi: I bought pizza molds and pans with removable oven mitts today.

VS NIKA , I bought at Varshavka, 45 (the "Gurman" dishware store). And in theory, it is sold wherever Tescom's products are. You can see the addresses.

I tried the shovel. I liked it very much !!! Convenient to stir, flip and even apply !!!
A silicone spatula with a rounded edge proved to be excellent when cooking jam from raspberries, strawberries and other delicate berries. She does not injure them either when stirring or while removing the foam.

I used to have such a small device for manually extruding seeds .. I didn’t like it .. the berries were crumpled in my hands ... I’m looking at this miracle ... to buy or not to buy .. did you use the same or an analogue?
makabusha
and this is a vegetable peeler .. and written. that you can also remove the bones ... I don't know how to use it ... who has that?

Newly acquired small things from the glorious Kharkov market "Barabashova".

From left to right :
The steamer - "plate" - ideally fit the size of the cartoon, but I plan to use it for making dumplings (those that are rubbed through a sieve mold).
Silicone spoon.
Grill for mincing sausage and cutlet mince (meat is cut into neat pieces). Has already passed field tests, the sausage turned out to be DREAMING!
And a silicone brush with reservoir and stand.

Oh, and I had such a grill complete with an electric meat grinder, so I didn't know where to attach it. Now I will have to try, especially since next weekend I plan to make homemade sausage

Omela, tell me, but in a company store in Varshavka, prices are the same as in an online store or more. I went to VDNKh to the company store, almost from the prices, the heart attack did not happen, ordering on the Internet turned out to be 2 times cheaper. But I ordered through my husband (works in Moscow), I think that if I ask for something else, he will have a heart attack.

The thing is, of course, a good thing. But, nevertheless, control the result, during the process - sometimes the bones do not "jump out" to the end. There may be claims for a broken tooth
Teskoma has a higher price, about 250 UAH.

Kitty, there is .... but expensive and all one at a time ..... that is, a brush separately and a needle too !!! And here everything is in one, and even in a simple store !!!!

Olya, I saw in the Media Markt in the Capitol. I think the others also have it. It also costs a lot - a thousand something.

I bought such a silicone pastry pencil for decorating

I saw a similar thing at the White Cat, but it was very expensive, and I also did not dare to buy it.
Zenker is not that expensive, but we have not seen them.

julifera,
And I saw this in Kalinka-Stockmann and did not buy it, 300 rubles or something. Should have bought

Bread, of course, is not entirely a trifle, especially for bakers, but still ... I bring my purchase here:

Painfully I liked it, I could not resist, and in terms of functionality, it seems like nothing, now I would buy a couple more gadgets from this company
Nataly_rz
but I took it in the store alive, in the Epicenter. Certainly not cheap (about $ 45), but I saw them for the first time a year ago, decided to think about it, but when I thought it up, I went on purpose, they were no longer there. So when they appeared again, I had to take it without hesitation, though I chose the color ... there were still green and red. And now I also want such a container for cookies:

And, it seems, they do not send. I tried to add to the cart on their website, but speaks Italian and does not add.

Rita, celfh, do you have shops "goods from Finland"? In St. Petersburg, they are at every step. So in the summer I saw this breadbasket at such shuttles (the owners themselves carry the goods there).

I got an Ikeevsky spice grinder and bought some spice jars there.

We do not have such stores. We have Finnish supermarkets - Prism, for example. They themselves carry goods from Finland. But I have never seen such breadbins.
Rita
We have no shuttles ... There is probably no demand. The indigenous population prefers ready-made food from the supermarket to all kinds of kitchen bells and whistles, and we have the most money.

Nataly_rz, What are the allowed temperatures for these dishes? For example, is it possible to pour boiling water over this breadbox? Or dishwasher safe?

Now I think: maybe I didn't buy it in vain? On the other hand, I don't bother too much about this ...

It seems to me that the second syringe is not very convenient - there will be a lot left in it, and you need to wash it every time. Better to buy attachments and disposable bags for them.

In the second picture, there are two devices: A type of syringe, and the second, the same round, but smaller, is for inscriptions with cream ...

Rina, thanks for the question, is not yet used to paying attention to such things right away, so she would have thrown the box away. But now I know that the material is food grade plastic and can be washed in the dishwasher (of course, without a board)

I just saw such a thing today in a store of Chinese origin, but it seemed to me that it was a little expensive, it seems a little more than $ 10
It is like a syringe, but soft, as I understand it for inscriptions, but there is also a piston, so it should be more convenient: you can also use a small amount of cream or icing

Larisochka, thank you very much. The mill is just super, it melts perfectly

I have had such a mill for two years now, I'm not overjoyed. And the top of the mill is suitable for the spice jars, that is, you can not pour into the mill what you want to grind from the spices, but just put the top on them and grind.

Girls are different shapes

Kitchen stuff (1)
I have both of them There the dough is different, in a flower, more liquid, thicker in a mushroom, it is put on top with a spoon, like a hat, and then dipped in hot oil and fried. True, there is no recipe for either one or the other, I will be grateful if anyone has it and he will post it. Thank you.
Arxelia
I have such a thing with three nozzles. I really only used it once, but I took this recipe for liquid brushwood:
160 g flour, 250 g milk, 2 eggs, 30 g butter, vanillin, 1/4 teaspoon of soda, powdered sugar for sprinkling, vegetable oil for deep fat. beat eggs, add milk (or water), vanillin and add sifted flour with soda, mix, add melted butter and stir until a homogeneous batter is obtained. Wait 30 minutes. Process: heat the oil to a boil, lower the heating dish into it, then transfer it to the dish with the dough and lower it into the dough only to the edges of the upper plane. After that, transfer the mold with the adhered dough to the boiling fat again, after a while the dough will separate from the mold, which indicates readiness. Remove, drain off excess fat and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
I don't remember where I got this recipe (the Internet is big), it was written in a notebook for a long time. It is necessary to heat the mold strongly for the first time and the fried dough had to be helped to fly off with a fork
Blackhairedgirl
Here, I am writing a recipe with instructions:
1 egg, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, 4 tbsp. l. flour, 1 tsp. mayonnaise or sour cream, liquid as for pancakes (I added pickle from a tomato). No baking powder or baking soda needed. This piece must be warmed up in boiling sunflower oil, then pour a little dough on it with a teaspoon and dip it into the oil. After a couple of seconds, it disappears by itself, inflates and fries like that, then turn it over with a fork, fry it on the other side and take it out. Everything is very fast! I bought it from us at the Covered Market, for 13 UAH. I tried it right away. Very tasty And what is the name - the instructions are not written. It just says - "Sweet mushrooms".
