Now I have found an online store. where the vibrating sieve is sold Is called "Everything for the kitchen" -: 🔗 The cost of the sieve is 327 rubles. Moscow-SPB can pick up. for other places there is by courier and mail. There are also thermometers for checking the temperature of baked goods and meat.

It's great for you there, and the price is reasonable. But I didn't find it in Ukraine.

There is also a de-stinging device. teskomovsky. Price -734r. Is this price normal or suspicious? I saw it. I don’t remember where. seems to be on Ozone. there were 1500 something.

We have a comfy, it's just that I haven't been in it for a long time - I was disappointed in this store. Therefore, I don't know if we had these cherry peels there. And I often visit the Epicenter in the DECO department, although the prices there are clearly overstated, of course. When I bought a bakery, I was also in Komfi. So the sales assistant could not even answer me if a particular model baked rye bread, I myself read it on the panel of the bread maker faster, and he simply shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know” to other questions. I bought the bread machine in Technopolis, where everything is competent and intelligible explained

Anh, do you have a sieve-seeder from Kenwood? I - pour, (putting on the scales "zeroed"), and then sift with Kenwood or, if very few, with my hands, and there are a lot of wooden sieves in the markets .... I bought quite a decent amount in Krasnodar, I think that in St. no less good ... In the ranks where they sell all the small things, knives, sharpeners, etc.
There is a seeder.I did it through Keshino sieve before. Then they puzzled me - saying that the holes are large
I decided to give it a try and put a sieve instead of a wiping sieve.
While I was attaching the knife, the flour was all wonderful and sifted
She shook the rye without a knife in her hands - and the idea and a new device were "born".
very smart and fast.
I've already thought about the bazaars - only they rarely come across me on the way
And in metal, the biggest disadvantage is that when washing it, I cut my hands a couple of times.
Now with my brush.
And the handles are more convenient for me

Dear members of the forum, tell me, does anyone have such boards? Comfortable? How do they serve?
Set of boards for ceramic knives Samura Accessories SAC-4

Rimma71, I have such a plan but not this company (bought in Korea). I like very much. It is convenient to shake everything out of them into the pan. I only use these. True, the knife scratches remain. But this is not fatal.
Again, it's nice that each product is cut on its own plate.

What company do you have? And what kind of knives do you cut?
Of course, I don’t remember the company, several years have passed, I use very sharp knives, mostly Japanese, including ceramic. For some reason, I remember that the packaging from the rugs was in German ...
Rimma71
Krosh, thanks! There are slightly different ones on the link, but these are cheap ones, in a set. I'll try, if you like it, I'll take a better one. I just never used plastic boards. I have very old beech trees, three of them. They are heavy, and it is difficult to wash them thoroughly. True, I often use them as a hot plate. Very comfortably...

Wesko breadbins are produced by the famous German factory Wesco, which produces exclusive high-quality products for the kitchen. The steel from which the bread bin is made is distinguished by its resistance to rust and high strength. Wesco bread boxes have an elegant body and a convenient lid opening mechanism. This bread bin will be a wonderful decoration for your kitchen.
Nice ....... I don’t know about practicality, but impressive.

Well, since such a booze has gone, I also boast of some of my acquired devays this summer.
The most wonderful thing I just grabbed when I saw it was the cake container. Moreover, not some kind of squishy one, in which it is scary to put a cake, but a wonderful one, made in the USA by the famous Willis firm. I was not sorry for him, and 50 dollars. USA.

The second remarkable acquisition was these silicone molds, which do not burn, because they stand "on legs".

Rimma71, I just bought the same in Nekermann (5 pieces in the kit), only you wrote that they were inexpensive, and mine were a little expensive, I don’t remember exactly how many. These boards are very resistant to knives and quite comfortable. I like to cut fish on such a board - the smell is not absorbed, and the knife does not dull, as with a glass board.

The diameter of the "useful" area is 31 cm. The dimensions are larger - 35 - 36 cm. The height is 16 cm.
I just don't know what a refrigerant is. Well, you can put a "glacier" under the cake to cool it down. It is available in stores in various sizes.
But I bought it in Italy.I also saw it in Israel.

Also, probably a wonderful thing. By the way, they cost somewhere the same for our hryvnia. In this container I was attracted by the quality and complete confidence in the safety of the cake. And then I also had a pretty one, so at the most inopportune moment the clamps could not stand it and the cake collapsed on the asphalt.

I have a silicone baking mat made in Italy. And what kind of a teflon sheet?

Antonovka, in it, in the dear

This is different. This is a thin sheet for baking, instead of paper. All the same, the result is slightly different on silicone, but on a Teflon mat it turns out like on paper. Only reusable. Nothing sticks anywhere, then I rinsed it and that's it, or even I don't always rinse it, it turns out clean anyway.

And how is it for the price? High-quality silicone for high temperatures is quite expensive. True, for long-term use. How is this one? I understand that there is a thin Teflon coating on top? At the slightest crack, it can no longer be used.

I quote Lilya from our site:

Teflon mat 40x60cm (Italy) -60 UAH

Kitchen stuff (1)

Its advantages:

1. Non-stick fabric mat - nothing sticks or sticks.
2.Super thin rug, everything is baked perfectly.
3. Washes perfectly even in the dishwasher.
4. Withstands temperatures from -190 ° C to + 260 ° C.
5. Can be used on both sides

But there are also disadvantages:

1. Be careful with a knife, this rug is cut
2. It is not super-durable: it served me for 2 years, it’s time to change it, because in some places it broke.
The manufacturer claims that it can withstand more than 1000 hours of baking

You can buy here - Warehouse Lyulёk.
