interesting .. and why is there first one board on the clamp attached to the table .. and then also a small one? The most interesting thing is that the big board bends and bounces .. what is this made for? so it is easier to knead to do what?

Virgo, I need advice.
I bought myself a needle for stuffing Gefu meat in the fall. And still there was no reason to try. Today I was honored.
Kitchen stuff (1)

You tell me, who knows, do you need to do exactly as in the picture, that is, hook the tip of a strip of carrot, bacon, etc. with a clove and drag it through? And then I tried to fill the entire clothespin with the filling, so it just came off (filling) and that's it.
Garlic strips are well inserted into the hole from the needle.
Now my beef is being cooked in a bag.
Irina.
I have had such a needle for several years, for some reason I didn't make friends with it, I tried it once, it didn't work out and I abandoned it.
I am also interested that the girls will tell you how to use it correctly.

How is it - not bought? I didn't buy books in Mir, rubber coated ones, but I bought them from the Finns for a long time, I showed them right away.

It is very good to peel mushrooms with them. But the hands are unpleasant in wet gloves.

Dopplet, I don’t love you !!! Where are the Finns? Again I fell behind? !!! Are Finns not available to Muscovites? I know that people from St. Petersburg take a ferry to shop in Finland ... But we don't have a ferry to the Finns ...

Hairpin, you, like, said that you work in St. Petersburg. We have places on every corner (well, every shopping center) where they sell Finnish goods. There, both these and Kevlar gloves are on sale!
larissa
Hairpin, I saw these in the "crossroads" a couple of weeks ago, several types for peeling potatoes, for peeling fish and something else ... so look in this chain of stores in the department where all sorts of sponges, cloths, foil
Vei
Hairpin, I saw such gloves several times in Olivier supermarkets, only they had the inscription “fish” on them, sort of for cleaning fish. And they cost around 60 rubles.

Not, Anya, you can dry. This I wrote that when not for drying you have to wash and peel the mushrooms in these gloves (and potatoes too), then it is unpleasant for me when my hands are wet and cold - brrr! The rubber ones that we are with Hairpin didn’t buy, they don’t get wet like these.

Almost 40 years ago, on Sakhalin ... The locals told us - if without bread, Duc does not fit more than eight tablespoons. Maximum ten.
Checked out. I ate 14. But with sooo hard work. And he began to resist somewhere after the seventh.

Here is kumis for a dispute of 16 glasses (I argued for 15, but we are not petty people) - those went harder. But it happened at a different time and in a completely different place.
