Cooking method

I cooked waffles, thought to decorate the theme, but I took a camera and laughed to hysterics attacked me: I could not capture it, this is not for me: I am eating, eating, photographing my family, nature and all beauty.
And wonderful waffles "Flemish": dilute 15 g of yeast in a small amount of warm milk (from 1 glass for the entire recipe). Mash 120 g margarine with 1 tbsp. l. sugar, add 3 eggs, 1 cup flour and yeast, mix, and now pour in the remaining milk. Add a pinch of salt, the juice of one lemon.
Knead the dough and in a warm place.
Bake in a waffle dish.
The Flemings eat their national waffles with powdered sugar and vanilla.
Note: I read in the topic "Waffle iron, hazelnut" that some waffles are made "rubber" - most often this is due to flaws in the design of the waffle iron. The lid does not lift well WHEN STEAM LEAVING, and the waffles are not fried, but BOOL. Throw yeast dough into hot water - it's an abomination, that's the same !!!!!!
