Donuts in the oven

Ingredients

water (slightly warm) 240ml
dry yeast 10g
sugar 100g + 1 tbsp. l.
baking powder 1/2 tsp
nutmeg 1/2 tsp
salt 2 tsp
wheat flour (for baking, strong) 600g
egg yolks 3 pcs.
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
butter (soft) 350 g
for sprinkling
powdered sugar
cinnamon

Cooking method

  • 1. In a bowl, combine warm water with yeast and 1 tbsp. l. Sahara. Stir and leave for a few minutes while the rest of the ingredients are cooked.
  • 2. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, nutmeg, baking powder, salt.
  • 3. Separately beat the egg yolks with vanilla extract.
  • 4. In the bowl of the combine combine the yolk mass, yeast and flour. Start mixing at low speed. Gradually adding oil.
  • Then increase the speed and continue kneading until the dough leaves the walls of the food processor bowl.
  • 5. After kneading, transfer the dough to a container, close the lid and leave to ripen for 1 hour, or until it doubles.
  • 6. Put the finished dough on a lightly floured work table, knead. Roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 2 or 3 cm.
  • 7. Cut the circles with holes in the middle from the dough layer using two rings of different sizes.

  • 8. Transfer the cut donuts to a baking sheet and let stand for 1 hour.
  • 9. Before baking, gently grease the top of the donuts with vegetable oil.
  • 10. Bake donuts at 190C, 15-17 minutes.
  • 11. Grease the finished donuts with melted butter and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
