Good day, everyone. Tell me some recipe, where there would be a lot of zucchini (from the dacha brought "elephants" it is necessary to attach somewhere). There is beef tenderloin, turkey breast, lamb ... well, all sorts of vegetables, spices. I want something simple without roasting, preferably (or with a minimum). To throw it (like pilaf) and pull it out

begemotik_doma, this is not a recipe for a multicooker, but you can dream up and cook on its basis in a multicooker.

Chicken with zucchini in sour cream

Well, cook - onions, carrots, meat in pieces, fry, zucchini, rice, water - on the pilaf mode.

Thank you! While I'm afraid to experiment with a slow cooker, maybe I recently bought it and cooked only pilaf, 1 soup and 1 porridge ... and if you change rice for potatoes?
zhu4a
If you change it for potatoes, you get a great stew! If you like drier - pilaf mode, if like stew with gravy - put on stew. Just keep in mind that while the potatoes are being cooked, all the juice will come out of the zucchini and they will be included in the gravy. It's delicious, but if you like more whole vegetables, then you can throw in the zucchini a little later.
