I'm drying tomatoes right now.
Nonsense
I have a basic set of 500 plus 4 nets and 2 marshmallow trays. If I now put greens on three trays (with a mesh), and tomatoes (for example) on two, then what power should I set - small or medium? And is it necessary to put down the pallet for the marshmallow? Do not be angry if I ask nonsense!

Dry greens and tomatoes separately! Tomatoes have a lot of liquid and thus create a lot of moisture inside the dryer - which is not necessary for greens.
Greens don't need much moisture, see recipes here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=174.0 there are descriptions and tips and drying temperatures, and there you can ask questions about each recipe

Tanya, thank you for your advice. I'm going to try it with herbs.

Hello loyal fans of Ezidri drying, glad to join your slim ranks. It has been four days since I became the proud owner of this super-duper thing. In addition to all the listed advantages, I want to note one more thing - she won the heart of my husband - and the mustache is now dried strictly under his careful control. As soon as he watched a video about this beauty, especially the part where meat and fish are dried ..... there were no more doubts about buying for a moment, they bought the biggest, best, most beautiful one. ... On the very first day I dried mushrooms and marinated wild meat, dried meat, and here it is happiness - we are bursting with pride - it turned out to be such yummy !!!!
Now, without resistance, I cleaned and cut the mushrooms, put them to dry ... OWNER !!!! I'm very glad!!!
Admin

Tatyana, congratulations! It's nice to hear that my husband is also taking an active part, now everything will go smartly
I also have Meat in the marinade, dried in an electric dryer https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=139288.0 look, maybe you like

Finally, time has turned out - the week has been packed.
I dried the weed - VERY long, especially the parsley. True, I dried it in three passes, I was afraid to leave it for a long time.
Now I put peppers, carrots and mushrooms (champignons). In this regard, the question is - to put the average power? Or the biggest one? Girls, tell me, pliz! Already putting it on pallets, I want to leave it overnight.
Nonsense
Tanya, I've read it all. Thank you. You describe everything in great detail. I am guided only by your recipes.
I need advice - I put it at the same time. I'm learning. Before you bet a lot, you need to see how and what.
I want to bet for a couple of hours on strong, and then for the night - on medium.
And where does it dry faster - top or bottom? That is, how do I arrange my trays. The pepper is, of course, wetter.
Nonsense
And further. Carrots and peppers won't stain the tray and net? While everything is so new, pretty!
Nonsense
And another question (sorry for the importunity). Do you need to put the marshmallow tray on the lower floor every time so that nothing falls through?
Nonsense
I am reporting. Everything worked out great! : bravo: I put it at 11 pm for an hour on a strong one. Then she transferred to medium and went to bed. At 8 am everything was dry. I didn't even expect it to be so fast! Neither the trays nor the mesh were stained. And about the bottom tray for marshmallow (whether it needs to be put every time), the question remains. When I removed all the "floors" below there were crumbs on the bottom. The peppers, in my opinion, are a little too dry, or maybe nothing! Carrots, mushrooms, apples -

Hello everybody!
I read about the "Ezidri" super dryer and I wanted one for myself. I told my friends and the girls were also "on fire" to buy. Agreed with the site that if we take from 6pcs. dryers the price will be lower by 30%. But we only have an order for 4pcs. Who wants to buy a dryer and additions to it at a discount, write in a personal. It remains for us to find 2 applicants.
It turns out Ezidri Snackmaker FD500 5200r. and + delivery to your city.

At the height of the drying season, so that Isidri was sold cheaply is nonsense! This company is free, even with a 30% discount !!!!! will not sell anything!
Not otherwise than an advertising move!

Who will get such a purchase - write, very interesting!
Smolyanochka
This is not an advertising move! I have been in the joint venture for a very long time. And you probably know that it is always cheaper to buy in bulk.
And when I asked for a discount for 4pcs. dryers, the company said it would make a 30% discount from 6 pieces.
And she also offered to become her representative in my city.

And 5200 rubles - it will be 1300 (hryvnia), and we sell it that way, and also with free delivery in Ukraine, so everything is correct.
I bought mine in July without any discount for UAH 1320 ... from our Ukrainian website Ezidri, they sent me from Kiev, I liked the manager very much, everything was fast and with all the guarantee papers ( 🔗).
Probably, it turns out more expensive in Russia, I noticed it a long time ago that many of the equipment we have will be cheaper.
So let's be friends!

If you are engaged in the sale and purchase of dryers, a representative, a joint purchase, and so on - register on our website officially as a joint purchase in the I want to buy section, otherwise you may simply be removed from the forum in this role. We do not welcome trade and advertising in this form.

No, I am not in the business of buying and selling dryers. Again, I want to order for myself with a discount. You know, this is not a joint venture, because I will not receive any interest from this. Just for yourself.
Then I will order 4pcs. And I will take the recipes from you I liked

Yes, it is cheaper in Ukraine, we also thought about this option, but our transport companies do not carry it.

Smolyanochka... If the offer is valid, I would gladly join. It doesn't work in a personal
Nonsense
I am reporting.Late yesterday evening I put peppers and tomatoes. First, strong for an hour, then medium for the night. In the morning - to work, turned it off. Came in the evening, the peppers are dry, the tomatoes are a little damp. I wanted to dry it, but to my misfortune I tried it. This is the PLAGUE! The yummy is extraordinary. I didn’t dry it out, I did a little - I’m so cracking! I sprinkled them a little with olive oil, added a little salt, pepper and added a little Italian herbs. Girls! This is unbearably delicious! I’ll go to the market on Saturday, buy 10 kg of tomatoes (these were mine) and dry and wither everything. Although now I want to make chips for the winter. Thanks to everyone for the detailed descriptions, especially Admin.

I just reminded that there are tried and tested recipes so that later it would not be excruciatingly painful for ... and so on
Nonsense
So I'm going to eat these now (there are not so many of them - a test of the pen), and then I did, like, everything according to recommendations. The next batch will be dried partly for chips (for the winter), and partly I will make sun-dried tomatoes and fill with oil. Tanya, can you tell me, am I not catching up with something?
Viky_sik
Yesterday I finally used the dryer for the first time! Dried rose hips and apples. Rosehip has not dried up in 10 hours, today I will continue to dry. I have a question for the owners of the 1000 model, Isidryusha should start working immediately after the plug is inserted into the outlet? Just in the extreme left position, I thought it was off, but the air still goes.

Isidryusha should start working immediately after the plug is inserted into the socket? It's just that in the extreme left position, I thought it was off, but the air goes all the same.

yes, it starts right away.

Girls, I can't start "folding for the winter" ...
I somehow strained the apples, apricots and plums too, but they ate the whole melon, it is soooo tasty ... even the one that was not fresh because of the hardness, but I cut it .. so we almost got into a fight ... such deliciousness, I did not even expect ...
now put carrot chips (cut into leaves on a cabbage shredder), tomatoes and red bell peppers.
By the way, I have already tried one batch of tomatoes and carrots, in the evening I will throw over a photo of already dried (and also semi-eaten)
The carrots are delicious.
I have already added three friends to buy this unit ...

Eh, but she said "I can do anything ..." I didn't believe those who have been drying for a long time. Now, triple the blanks urgently and shove them in secluded corners, maybe it will turn out to hide at least something

So, if the fruits are well dried, why should they take place in the freezer? By banks, packages in a dry place for storage!

Agree. But now we do not live at home, there is not enough space. And safer in the freezer.

Mushrooms we have here: Dried mushrooms https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=83704.0

Temperature and time as for other vegetables - first I put on a high T *, when the moisture dries, I rearrange it a little lower and until tender

Hello everybody!
Now I also own such a dryer.
And immediately the question is - is it possible to dry marshmallow and apples at the same time? I have a standard set - one marshmallow tray. My daughter very much asks to start mastering the dryer from the marshmallow, but because of one thing I don't want to drive the entire dryer

Welcome to our warm forum!
Congratulations on the necessary and useful helper, let him serve for a long time!
You can dry both marshmallows and apples.
It is not recommended to dry sharp-smelling fruits and vegetables together. For example, onions and garlic and the same apples.
Besson
Thank you! I put a marshmallow with apples - I hope it will work out.
Another question - can apples be placed in only one layer when drying? Or maybe a few? I only have 4 apples on the tray ...
kolenko
Besson! lay it out in one layer, they will wither and dry faster, remove, and immediately put the second series.
During drying, the apples will practically not lose their color, they will not darken.

Besson, it is advisable to ask questions in specialized topics, there are photos of the drying process, and questions and answers, and thus all infa will be added to a pile for each drying product - which is very useful!
Drying recipes here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=174.0 and there are apples too

while there are still peppers and tomatoes, I stock up, especially since they very much decrease in volume and take up little space.
And I was pleasantly surprised that this vegetable drying is very tasty and easy to eat, not necessarily in a dish. Therefore, winter promises to be vitamin !!!
Olex
Dried simultaneously - on the lower tray - marshmallow - apples_coconut, and on the upper - meat biltong. Well, everyone really liked it, and the smells did not mix
----
Even for those who have not decided which one to take 500 or 1000 - this very Isidri for models 500 and 1000 has a maximum number of trays for marshmallow (and meat) -12 pcs !!!! For 20 trays, herbs and flowers, a seller girl, with whom I got into conversation, immediately told me not to take 1000, it makes no sense. It is easier to buy the missing 7 trays. And for everything for marshmallow and a fine mesh it is necessary - how much easier everything is poured into a storage container - bend a little and For and for drying strawberries-currants an irreplaceable thing
Merri
And I have a model 1000 and the sellers said that the information in the instructions is not entirely correct (translation costs) and it pulls up to 20 trays of fruits and vegetables and 15 - pastes, up to 30 trays with herbs. I already have 16 trays, it dries perfectly at all. And I did marshmallow for 15, okay.
