Ordered Ezidri FD1000 in Germany. The instructions were in German and English. Does anyone have an electronic manual in Russian? Searched the internet but couldn't find it.
alexthunder
Can you tell me where and how you ordered and how much it cost. Thank you.
I will answer in the forum, and not in a personal, to prevent repeated questions.

EZIDRI Ultra FD 1000 after deduction of VAT cost 214.29 euros, delivery of the dryer and hand mill - 42 euros. I don't see the point of ordering only the dryer separately, because when buying in Russia, you can get a guarantee. Moreover, the dryer comes in a box in a simple plastic bag, without any additional packaging.

But even now I would take it in Germany, because it turned out that the EZIDRI Ultra FD 1000 dryer arrived at about the same price, and the Kornkraft Mulino mill cost the price in Germany, excluding German VAT. So for me the savings were worth it.

I wrote in more detail with pictures of what the parcel arrived, what's inside, in LJ: athunder.livejournal.com/199224.html
alexthunder
Dried cherries and cherries without sugar at 42 degrees to preserve the enzymes. And sugar is not the most useful product. Although, of course, it is useful for long-term preservation. But we didn’t dry so much for testing, so it won’t be stale for long.

How it was dried:
1. Washed and sorted out the fruits
2. Removed the bones. This was done both by hand and with a regular pen without a rod.
3. Some of the berries were cut in half, and some were left as they are.

The neatly laid out halved berries of course dried out much faster. But of course you need to work decently with the pens for this.

So far, they put the fruits in a glass jar with an ordinary polyethylene lid, as well as in a vacuum container bought in the USA. All this is in the refrigerator.

Correct if you did something wrong.

And I’m wondering whether to bring the second one or not. With such an increase in rates, then no seasonal discounts can help.

On the other hand, you can, of course, dry it in the sun. Without heat treatment and sugar, the product will be even more useful

But there are seasonal vegetables, peppers, carrots, turnips and so on ...which can be dried only closer to autumn, when the sun is gone. And the summer is not always sunny, and the vegetables are imported - but you need to dry it

I agree. But we haven’t come up with vegetables yet. The most important thing for us so far is to dry the cherries, cherries, apricots, cherry plums that disappear on the trees.

Good day! Take me to you too. I choose between Snackmaker and Ultra. Your advice is very necessary. We have three children. While we are living in an apartment, that is, the harvest for drying is only from the market, but the plans include our own house with all that it implies. I'm still more inclined to Ultra. Temka re-read everything, but did not find the answer to the question. Maximum for herbs 30 trays in it. I do not plan to dry this amount of herbs, but for vegetables, berries and fruits, how many trays can I put to dry at the same time? How much with marshmallow? A friend says to take Ultra because she has more potential. What do you think?
klepadysya
I am not a pro and the topic is not mine, but I will try to answer you, since I myself recently took Snackmaker. For her, you can simultaneously dry your favorite vegetables, fruits, berries on 15 trays, marshmallow - on 10 trays. For Ultra FD1000 - allows you to dry your favorite vegetables and fruits at the same time on 30 trays, marshmallow on 15 trays. (I took the data from the site where I bought my dryer). The Snackmaker has a capacity of 500, the Ultra FD1000 has 1000 respectively. Now I have 6 trays. Somehow I don't want more, because personally for me (also for the mother of a small child) it is difficult to process so many fruits and vegetables at the same time in order to load it. For example, I recently dried apricots, an incomplete box of apricots fits into 5 trays. And then, as I understand it, the FD1000 is more powerful, which of course allows you to dry large volumes at the same time. But if you dry small amounts, for example, like me, 6 trays, will it still consume more electricity? And I do not need a huge power consumption. Well, purely my reasoning. And of course the choice is yours!

Vegetables, fruits and berries can be dried in 15 trays. The big plus of Ultra is setting the temperature in degrees. If you plan to keep all the enzymes and dry them at a temperature no higher than 42 degrees, then you can't do without it.

Have pity Admin, the choice of models has already been raised

Read the next Temka. From this https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=216.0 messages and down. There AlKA wrote in great detail about Ultra. The choice is yours! You read the reviews - you draw conclusions. As the saying goes: All markers taste and color are different

I had the opportunity to try both models: I have a Snackmaker, my mother has Ultra. Both are good for certain features.
Mom has a huge vegetable garden with a bunch of fruits, vegetables and berries. Purchased 15 trays - not enough !!!!! Now, in season, it simply does not have time to dry everything. BUT ... no longer buys, because there is simply no time to process the products for drying. After all, there are still a lot of things to do: water, clean, cook food, etc.
In June, I only did drying and marshmallow with her all day, I did not even get to the garden to help.

So, the choice is still yours!
Z. Y. And here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=143202.0 I posted photos of pallets of both models.

I LOVE MY DRYER !!!!!

I am completely satisfied with this version of the dryer! The dryer needs to be chosen according to the purpose, what you are going to dry and how much!
If the usual set of fruits and vegetables - 500 isidri models are enough
If the amount is "in industrial" volumes, your own garden, a lot of vegetables and berries, and all this needs to be processed in time, the 1000 isidri model will save you.

The dryer is high quality, strong, practical - both models: 500 and 1000.

I will not talk about others - I do not have the opportunity to evaluate, for lack of

I ordered, finally! tomorrow they will bring 500 models. Tomorrow I'll try to dry the dill

And they just brought me

Zemlyachka, share your attendance if there are options to buy not at the highest price. Maybe I'll get myself together at last ..

I've also been reading this topic for a long time. At first, I was very scared by the price of Isidri-500, but then, having understood the description in its device, I realized what was what. I believe that personally for my use, the 500 model would be the most optimal in the future, the main thing is that you can increase the volume if it becomes small.

And in winter I dry bread on crackers, bananas, lemons for tea.

Yes, and in winter you can dry the marshmallow from frozen berries!
And the chips are delicious from celery, turnips - no one believed it was turnip
Inusya

Girls, thank you all for the advice and links, ordered on the Isidri website, a dryer, the 500th model, - 1.320 hryvnia.
Now I'm strained with money, so it was enough only for the basic configuration, I will order additional later, at least I would have to figure it out.
I want to be in time, while there is still a late apricot, otherwise with such a "Africa", as now, I'm afraid to miss it, but well, it makes no sense to take it in the fall, when a lot will go away.
So I, too, will be "dried up" one of these days. Will you join the ranks?
Oh, hold on to the garden-vegetable garden ... I will save my budget on Tajik dried apricots ...
And Cho, I thought, we "eat" this dryer only in the form of dried apricots, for about six months, taking into account the baked goods (this is only 20 kilograms of dried apricots at the "Tajik" price).
So even in the economic sense, everything is justified ...

Innus, congratulations !!! I, too, will dry apricots today according to the Romin recipe

so otzh ... otherwise mine are already going to dig them up at the dacha, there is no strength to process so much ...

Incidentally, a question about additional parts.
I have two huge unnecessary new mosquito nets, from the window, I want to save money on nets, it seems like someone wrote about this here.
So here's the question on trays and pallets:
I do not yet represent this unit live, so tell me, and trays without pallets in drying are used or not, in the sense that if there is only one for now, what's in the kit?
I just wanted to scrape together a couple of extra ones, but I don’t know, some trays are possible or necessary to everyone also pallets?
If yes, then I will still have time to call and order, anyway, the dispatch tomorrow only ...
Admin

Inna, trays for pasta and mesh separately without pallets can not be used! Pallets, this is a frame! We put all the "dishes" on them, homemade nets can be made.

Inna, with the purchase! May it please in the interval between dresses and bags
bendim
Trays without pallets are not used - this is a solid plastic "plate", which is placed in a pallet (the marshmallow is dried in them). I ordered an extra one but haven't used it yet. But the girls write that the pallets can be lined with paper in order to make marshmallows, so you can probably do without trays.
Inusya
and when drying should be under each tray pallet stand? .....................
Something in the picture seemed to me that they (trays) were put on top of each other, and at the very bottom, there was already a pallet.
And why, then, is it (pallet) included in the kit - only one?
Girls, do not be offended, maybe I'm dull, maybe I imagine this unit a little differently? ...
I just wanted to order (for the money it doesn't work anymore) one more tray, I thought, well, let there be not five, but six. Now I wondered what I had piled on ...
Admin

Girls, on spare parts for Isidri, I opened a new topic - go here What are pallets, nets, marshmallow trays, how do they look? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=283201.0.html
Inusya
Fuh, finally I realized what was the reason for our mutual misunderstanding: I was confused by this, -
I thought that the pallet is what is put UNDER the tray (well, so that the liquid flows down or something like that).
That is, to put it simply - having decided to add one more "floor" to the dryer (you gave a very apt analogy),
I mean, a tray, - I thought that UNDER him and the pallet are needed ...
And now, after examining the photo, I saw that the pallet is falling ON THE tray. That's all. Damn, they couldn’t have taken a picture on their website in detail, so that it was clear what was being put where. The pictures helped, where everything is up to a heap - it was disassembled, and it immediately became clear what kind of pallet it looked like in comparison with everything.
Now, of course, I understood what and where
Girls, thanks for the explanations and patience in the educational program!
I order the sixth, I will still dry until something that does not require a pallet. And there it will be seen ...
Admin
Inna, pallet - THIS FLOOR !!!!!!
BUT on a pallet-floor put nets and trays for marshmallow

With this terminology, you and go to the store !!!!!! Name it correctly !!!!! Otherwise, you will receive what you ordered

It turns out that different sites have different names for these five "whatnots":
Basic equipment: 5 trays, 1 mesh, 1 pallet (loading 4-5 kg of product) - this is a Ukrainian site

Height 268 mm (5 pallets) - this is a Russian site
