I didn't leave the recipe, I just added a little vanilla.
When kneading, the dough turned out to be very soft, but the bun did not stick to the sides of the bucket, it was of the correct shape, so no flour was added. And when proofed in cotton, the dough grew over the bucket, lifted the lid, but did not run outside the bucket (TTT)
I got one and a half baking sheets. Came out small, about 7-8 cm in diameter. But I cut them out about the same diameter with a cup in the hope that they will creep a lot. But no, they have increased in width a little.
The cakes turned out to be very, very soft, straight airy. Next time, apparently, I will add flour after all, because I would like to be denser. But DELICIOUS !! I also made several mini-buns from this dough with the remains of an orange Kurd. Delight!
