We have two stores at once at a special price in Foxtrot for 339gr, and in Comfi for 349gr. Well, I could not resist buying: girl_red: the third already, despite the fact that I have a Dex 60. I was bribed by the fact that the pots from Dex are coming to Scarlet. It snaps in and immediately presses the spring, because it weighs more, when I close it I press the lid a little more, but not critical. The pans from Scarlet are 406gr, and Dexa's are one 720 and the other 750g. Perhaps this could allow cooking smaller portions, such as frying without closing the lid. Immediately upon arrival, she peeled the tangerine and boiled the peel on the "Stewing / Steaming" program. Of course, the smell of a chemical scares the dreams, but after boiling the tangerine skins, it never happened.
First of all, I decided to test for baking. I baked a pumpkin-curd casserole according to a mustache recipe by eye, the mass turned out to be rather wet. Algorithm Nata 81
I turned on "Warming up" 1 time, after 29 minutes it went into Heating, I turned it off.
After 10 minutes I turned on the "Warming up" 2 times, and after 16 minutes it went into heating, I turned it off. I always turn over everything that I bake and bake for 10-20 minutes, and this casserole is wet and without it there is nothing. So I turned it over and turned it on again. "Warming up" turned it off itself after 15 minutes.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410 This is the bottom after baking 45 minutes and cooling down for 10 minutes, next time you can try 1 heating cycle and 20 minutes heating.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
This is the top after 15 min baking, you can leave it on for 10 min.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410 well, the middle.
The verdict is this, despite the low price, it is quite worthy of MV, and you can buy a good Dexovsky pan separately. It's good to cook soups in your home, and baked goods in Dexovskaya. I would definitely not bake anything in Perfez-58, but with this one I will still play around, test what I can and take away. Since this unit was bought on the sly, well, it’s so bad, suddenly Perfez’s student breaks down, and I have a light, compact, nice replacement ready.

Yes, business ... It would have been easier to take the money and buy in another store. And I heard about this Falcon a couple of times, Right now, when I'm looking to buy something and there is a link to it, I don't even open to look. And I also heard something like that about Mega Mart.

Somewhere I complained that my cereals and buckwheat stuck on the program. So yesterday I cooked rice with steamed liver cutlets. 2 cartoon glasses of rice 5 water, previously poured a little sunflower oil on the bottom of the saucepan (to be sure), but I think you could do without it. I didn't wash the rice (I'm too lazy). And she also added 2 tbsp. tablespoons with a slide of frozen broth left over from roasting chicken in the oven. Steamed liver cutlets were prepared on top. So nothing stuck !!!!! Although it stood for about an hour on heating. And the rice is crumbly, despite the fact that I have not washed it. And the day before yesterday, buckwheat della was the same, only without the frozen broth and water, 6 multi-glasses, and the cutlets were made from beef. And everything is OK too! only buckwheat is very boiled. But it was steamed from bags, I think for an ordinary one just right. So if someone sticks, try pouring oil on the bottom, and pour more water. It helped me.
Just in case my RECIPE FOR LIVER CUTLETS:
Beef liver, 1 onion, 1 egg. Chop the onion and defrosted liver in a chapper. I got a mass of a mess like mashed potatoes, there an egg, salt, pepper (whoever likes it), we take silicone molds, put them in a lattice (I got 6 pieces) and pour the mass into the molds with a spoon, fill it to the brim. Well, there, as you like, or steamed, or as I put a side dish from below.

more: in the native recipe of these cutlets, instead of beef liver, chicken was used, and instead of eggs, a small piece of cheese cut into small cubes. try it with cheese, probably yummy.

So, I continue the story about Scarlett's multicooker.
By the function "Milk porridge". Just super everything worked out, there is a quiet boil, nothing escapes, does not boil away and does not burn. In Perfezza, my milk is also good, but still in 90% of cases I have to wash the lid and valve from the milk foam, and in Scarlett everything turned out perfectly, the lid is completely clean.
By the function "Stewing / Steaming". Here is a slight disappointment. It's still more "steaming" than "stewing". Boiling is quite active, rather like a "soup" function. But, I think that it is quite possible to stew with "milk porridge".
Despite the shortcomings of the "Extinguish" mode, I like this cartoon, I did not expect such a good job from such a cheap technique. Apparently mom and sister will have to buy a couple more Scarlets.
I saw Scarlet 410 in Foxtrot for 350 UAH, read reviews and bought my first cartoon.
It's a pity, but the first "pancake" came out lumpy: the milk in the "Milk porridge" mode crawled out of all the places (the timer was set at 2:00 - for heating 1 liter of milk. After the experiments, I found a way out: I turn on the cartoon without the top valve. At the 11th minute, something clicks inside and then you have to have time to see a boil.As the foam starts to rise - I open the lid, stir it and when everything calms down I insert the valve, close it and that's it. Then she herself!

I bought Scarlet's multicooker today.
I could not resist and wait for MATULI's comments.
I bought it for 304 UAH in the Dnipropetrovsk online store "Domobyt". Cheaper than the simplest rice cooker.
The cartoon is very cute, similar in design to a round Yummi.
A saucepan with a volume of 4 liters, if you pour water to the very edge of the pan, that is, a usable volume of about 2.5 - 3 liters.
The quality of the saucepan is the same as that of Perfezz or even a little worse.
The cover is not removable.
The smell of plastic from multi is much stronger than it was from Perfezza, but after rinsing and boiling water with lemon on "Steam" there is almost no smell.
The size of the multi itself, despite the 4 liter pan, is exactly the same as that of a large Panasonic or a 5 liter Yummi.
And also an excellent book with recipes is attached to the cartoon, colorful and the recipes themselves are well painted, there are not many of them, but for beginner multicooker such a book is just a godsend.

In general, my initial opinion is this: Scarlet's multicooker is certainly not ideal, but a great option if there is no financial opportunity to buy something more expensive, or I'm not sure if a multicooker is needed at all and you just want to try what it is. And, of course, a cool option for deviceaholics like me - there is a budget and brand new device in the kitchen.

🔗 - here is a link to the manufacturer's website, there you can see a rather detailed instruction for this multicooker (exactly the same instruction in the paper version comes with the multicooker).
I did so, thanks!

To heat 1.5 liters of milk, the fermented baked milk had to be adjusted differently: at the 19th minute it starts to boil actively, open the lid and stir to prevent boiling. When the timer showed 1:29 the cartoon inside clicked and the seething began to subside. She closed the lid, inserted the valve and then she herself!
Yes, I heat milk for fermented baked milk in three runs for 2 hours. So I don't look at 2 and 3 anymore.

? And if you need stew meat for an hour and a half? A trip to this store is one marriage. Go to the consumer protection society. Let them help you to correctly draw up a claim. Demand a refund. Or go to court. But first, a claim. Do you know the real address of this store? It is useless for me to communicate in the network with such gentlemen. It would be nice to send a claim by registered mail (only mandatory with a list of attachments and notification of receipt) and leave the second copy. Just not the fact that they will want to receive it, they can lie in the mail for a month, and then come back to you. The risk of losing a lot of time in vain. And the best option is to personally give them one copy, and in the second, so that they must make a mark that they received. Save all tickets for travel, documents on costs and file another lawsuit for moral and material damage in order to recoup the costs.
But the subtleties are better explained to you in the needs of society. So do not be lazy to contact there at least by phone.

Hello girls. I baked a biscuit here for Easter, I had a bag of confectionery colored small candy, well, what they sprinkle on cakes. Then it occurred to me to mix this candy directly into the dough. In general, I poured almost a whole packet there. It turned out to be a "funny" biscuit with a multi-colored dot. Top covered with protein cream and sprinkled with the same candy. It's a pity I didn't have time to take a picture, we ate it.
Now mei has an idea to knead the same sprinkling for cakes into the dough, only in the form of chocolate sticks. I'll try. I wonder what happens?
While I was writing, I came up with an idea to grate a chocolate bar on a grater, it probably melts inside there, it should also turn out cool. You can, of course, crumble it finely, but I'm afraid the pieces may drown and be unevenly distributed in the dough, the effect will not be the same.
By the way, I bake a biscuit all using the same technology (warming up 2 times).
I also tried to bake a biscuit with apples from kampot, the apples all drowned, they were cut into slices. So after warming up twice, I forgot about him and he stood for about an hour on heating. I remembered - I opened the lid and he got sweaty, to such an extent that I touched the dough and it remained on my fingers. There are also suspicions that he could sweat so much because of the apples, I don’t know, maybe they gave moisture. I saved it like this: I pulled the valve out of the lid and turned it on for 10 minutes to warm up, it seemed to dry out. But the bottom is badly burnt. I turned it over, the top crust remained stuck in the multicooker, and the apples turned out to be open on the biscuit on top. This is such a problem. So do not forget to take out the biscuits from the multicooker in time, otherwise they may sweat.
Has anyone baked a biscuit with apples in a slow cooker, or something like that? Is it normally baked if you don't forget about it, or is it also a Jew?

I was so tired for half a year, especially a store in Kiev.
I use it, although it seems to me that it works exactly the same on all programs, I tried one bag of cereals, the result is the same for all programs. If it breaks down before the service life, then I will already be at war, and if God willing, it will work even so and then nicely. By the way, it rages with me that at the beginning and at the end, it probably does not switch to another mode, you can find out only through the service center. Now I have exhausted so many nerves, I returned it twice, to be honest, I simply have no strength. They talked like that for the last time on the phone, as if I had lost my mind and were just thinking about breakdowns, disgusting

I tried, according to the recipe from Scarlett 411. In that multicooker, the "Yogurt" and "heating" modes are combined. In our cartoon, I tried to do it on heating. It didn't work out, in the first place. And secondly, in terms of the number of products consumed, it is cheaper to buy a ready-made local manufacturer, everything is natural there too.

Yes, I have Dex, and Scarlett bought it for her son for three days. I wanted to check my own first, to explain to him what and how. I will also taste Dex (at this moment in Dex, yoghurt was being prepared). Maybe it will turn out well in your own and you don't have to bother looking for another. I just tried on from Dex - it came up well.
The day before yesterday I cooked milk corn porridge with diluted milk (as expected). I put it on at half past six in the morning and went to get some sleep. And when I got up, I saw that a little "spit", the valve clogged. But as they wrote that "I ran from all the holes," this was not the case. Even if every time so much, then this is normal.
Yesterday I cooked buckwheat porridge 2: 5, although the book says 2: 4. With such a bookmark rate, I read, the bottom is fried and it turns out undercooked. And immediately added a piece of butter. Groats mode. Cooked well and nothing stuck.
Hopefully I'll be satisfied.

Girls, maybe someone will come in handy.
Somewhere I learned that rice is cooked in steamers, in special containers. I went to the store, found out that this special. container - an ordinary cup, which is placed on the grate for steam, usually comes with a double boiler. So I decided to experiment. I bought a cheap plastic plate in the store, a little smaller than the lattice for steam. The volume of 1 liter is written, but more can be done, if only it could be put into our steam grate. I poured 1 cup of rice there, 2 water, and salt. I put this plate in the steam rack. At the bottom I was stewing meat, and on top was cooking rice. True, I got it a little boiled. Probably less water should be poured. Or cook for less time.
I cooked buckwheat in the same way. but it also turned out to be watery. Apparently a little water is needed for a couple, steam gives moisture. But the fact is that sometimes something is being cooked downstairs, then this method may come in handy.
I think pasta can also be cooked in the same way. Only with water and time you need to get used to it.
Nobody tried to do this? Maybe someone proporii and the cooking time knows?

Hello everybody. I bought this model yesterday and decided to try something to cook. Since I always eat Hercules oatmeal in the morning, it was on her that my choice fell. After reading the recipe book, I Have not found recipe for oatmeal (I was looking for oatmeal in water, not milk), then I looked for half an hour in the net for any recipes for cooking and also found nothing. Well, actually did so. I poured oatmeal into the multicooker (1 measuring cup) and poured 4 measuring cups of water + sugar (I chose this ratio because I put about this amount in the pan when I cook on the stove), then I chose the express mode. As a result, after about 10 minutes in the multicooker everything was boiling very actively, and it boiled so much that it began to pour out of the steam outlet valve !!! Well, of course, I immediately turned it off and actually did not understand what my mistake was and went to wash it.

With joining the ranks of multicooker

You understood correctly about the proportion: in a multicooker everything is prepared in the same way as on the stove, with the same proportions, only more comfortable.
And your mistake is in choosing the mode. Express is "quickris", let's put it this way. That is, to quickly cook a small portion of dry garnish. This mode cooks until the liquid boils away, which is why it raged so actively. Liquid cereals need to be cooked in the Milk Porridge or Stewing mode (I don’t remember offhand which one is in Skarlush, I have other multicooker).
And besides, the quick-cooking oatmeal runs mercilessly, so you should be more careful with it, even without milk. Better take long-boiled flakes, the cartoon behaves more adequately with them. But they can run too. So the first times, until you decide on the brand of cereal, proportion and mode, it is better not to go far
Safronman
Selected mode Express according to the manual. I quote: "This mode is used for cooking various types of cereals, pilaf. This mode differs from the mode groats shorter cooking times. The groats are less crumbly. "
As it was not particularly possible to shorten the time As they say, "The first pancake came out lumpy"
Azaza thanks, next time I will try to change the rolled oats for another more long-lasting type of oatmeal and select the mode groats.
If someone constantly prepares oatmeal, please write your opinion. I would greatly appreciate it.
Pingvinus
Safronman, the "cereal" mode is also touch-sensitive and works until the liquid has completely evaporated, like the "express", you yourself quoted a quote from the instructions in which it is written that the programs are practically no different. If you want to get a thin porridge or cook oatmeal, then you need to cook on the program "milk porridge", as Azaza already wrote to you above.
You would have looked through this Temko and the instructions for the multicooker all the same before experimenting. Moreover, the Temka is quite small and almost all the questions that beginners have have already been answered.

Do you want to get oatmeal consistency like pilaf? It is unlikely that it will work, but if you really need it, try it on Krupa
Modes Groats and Express - for obtaining dry side dishes: rice, buckwheat, pearl barley, yachka, etc. Key word - DRY. If I can get it on them, it’s from smudged cereals, and this smudge will turn out burnt and tasteless.
Safronman
Thanks for the clarification. The fact is that the "milk porridge" regime confused me with the word dairy, well, since you say that it is possible, then we will try. And the fact that the "cereal" mode is also touch-sensitive and works until the liquid has completely evaporated, I learned from Pingvinus , for which you actually thank. I haven't tried it, but I'm thinking. On all programs, temp. high, where yogurt skiff, will not go. But if you really want to, you can do this. pour milk with sourdough into jars, put in a bowl, pour water into the bowl with a temperature of 40-42 grams. Close the lid and you can wrap up the cartoon terry. with a towel, well, let it be the allotted time, the same thermos like, no?

Any flakes, including rolled oats, I cook like this: 1 tbsp of flakes, 4 liquids (there is no difference - even water, even milk, even half-and-a-half). Mode "Milk porridge" for 30 min. Mix on opening. Sometimes I set the timer in the evening, so as not to mess around in the morning.
Mode "milk porridge", not necessary for milk porridge, just there the boil is weaker. I also cook pea porridge in this mode, but it is without milk. People out and baking on the "soup" manage to do All modes, in fact, differ from each other in the strength of boiling. On the "milk porridge" quieter, on the "soup" more. The main thing is to get used to it. At first, I also did everything according to recipes, I even wrote them down in a separate booklet, and now I already spank it - by intuition, without any recipes.

Do you want to get oatmeal consistency like pilaf? It is unlikely that it will work, but if you really need it, try on Krupa
Modes Groats and Express - for obtaining dry side dishes: rice, buckwheat, pearl barley, yachka, etc. Key word - DRY. If I can get it on them, it’s from smudged cereals, and this smudge will turn out burnt and tasteless.
just don't go far and when it rages open the lid, at least that's how I catch mine

Don't be discouraged. It's just that more expensive cartoons contain more programs, which are often very necessary. And here there is no Frying or Baking. I took it as a second cartoon for my husband to work, but until he took it and it is in my house in addition to Dex 60. I make soups in Scarlett, for some reason I like them much more than in Dex and cook faster. Plov didn't cook, didn't even try, because in Dex it turns out to be just perfect. I cooked buckwheat porridge for a side dish, it turned out very tasty. I tried the milk buckwheat, but I don't try it again. She didn't run away, but she obviously tried, the whole lid was in foam, so I make milk in Deksika, everything is perfect there and then there is no need to scrub the lid. And so I didn't really try anything else, because, I repeat, this is the second, additional cartoon, which is in operation, if you need to cook a few things, but I can't do with the first cartoon and the airfryer. But soups, even if Dex is free, still only in Scarlett.
The girls, I hope, will tell you the recipe for pilaf, who cooked it. I heard that stewed cabbage comes out great.
Therefore, if I didn't have a multi at all, then Scarlett is not very good (of course, if you do not eat exclusively boiled and steamed), but as a second cartoon, this is a very, very worthy option. Especially when you consider its price. We go to the market to buy groceries for a week, so we spend even more than it costs. And I bought Scarlett exclusively, because it also works for its price and it is not bad in principle if you do in it what it is designed for according to the programs.
And here, if you look, then almost all of them have two or even more cartoons on the farm. So imagine what you did in a tricky way and started purchasing from the second multi, and the first, the main one is still ahead. Only when you buy the first one, read the reviews, there are branches about different multi.
So do not be discouraged, get used to it slowly, I can throw in a link, there are recipes for our Skarlusha, maybe you will try something and surprise your friends.

And I really like it. I still have it first, but I'm not going to take the second one, if only my own bread machine. In it I cook soups, they are very tasty, and milk porridge: oatmeal, buckwheat, rice. I also made steamed fish and stewed cabbage, somewhere here there is a process of its preparation. Everything turns out very tasty. I haven't done pilaf yet, but I have it in the plans. So don't worry, Scarlet is well worth the money.
