Hello girls, take a new one. I got a multicooker about a month ago, while I'm happy with everything
zazhigalka
Hello! Take me to the ranks of the owners of scarlet 410. I have been pulsing with a multicooker for a year, and now I just can't imagine how I used to live without a scarlet. I studied it for a month, and now I do everything by sight, even though a multicooker without an extract, but you can adapt, casseroles are great, onions, and saving carrots for soup is also easy. The pilaf turns out to be crumbly, before I could only dream of such a pilaf. In general, I am very pleased with her

Like this
• 400 gr of cottage cheese
• 1 egg,
• 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
• 4 tbsp. spoons of semolina,
• raisins, dried apricots (to taste)
Thoroughly grease the bottom of the multicooker with butter, put the mixture on the bottom of the multicooker bowl, level. and on the heating mode.
Here I cooked cottage cheese for 200 grams, it turns out very nice and tasty.

: yahoo: uryayaya bought myself this cartoon, and even not expensive, only 269.99 hryvnia. I can't decide which recipe to try. I have no experience with cartoons, only I am familiar with a bread maker, I hope I can handle it, I can figure it out ... I went to boil with lemon, then I’ll reread the whole Temka again and decide what to cook ..
*Elena*
Where is it sold at this price?
lyudo4ka
Falestra, with a useful purchase you.
Falestra
* Elena * in the ATB store they have a promotion from October 17 to 23 at such a price, I went to get up with a specialist from the very morning for her at half past six)) in order to grab it for sure, and then not all ATB may still be in two of their stores ... (Kiev).
Falestra
lyudo4ka thanks. Now I'm finishing the soup. I took a recipe from my own little book as a basis ... but it looks like it should be put aside and graze on the Internet. In the booklet, vegetables are fried using the HEATING function, everything else should be laid when the HEATED is turned off ..... so I did not wait for them to be fried, having read in the instruction itself that the HEATING works until 12 hours, turned it off manually. further included "SUP" and a completely different matter ...... Another point 2-3 st. l. vegetable oil for 1pc carrots + 1pc. onion (again from the book) isn't it too much? it turned out a bit fat for my taste (I took a sample in the process)
Falestra
I experienced the "EXPRESS" mode satisfied. I fried mushrooms and onions on it, at first the scoreboard with zeros was scary, then the zeros disappeared, only the stripes were running after 4 minutes, I looked inside, fuh hisses, squirt, stir occasionally every 5-7 minutes. It turned off itself after 22 minutes. I dumped the potatoes, added some water, salt, etc. To STEW 45 minutes and wait.
About the first soup: delicious YES, but I didn't notice the difference between what was on the stove and what was in the cartoon. And I'm dancing next to her more than a saucepan, out of curiosity to look 150 times, well, this is so far I'm not used to it

A bowl from DEX-60 is ideal. I even tried to cook in it, better than with my own.
Here they sold, maybe there is also a good price.

Hostesses, and whoever did baked milk. In our cartoon, how and how much to cook it? I have been on the "extinguishing" if the milk did not work out, if the mode did not fit, but after 1 hour 30 liters left 2 tablespoons of liquid and burnt foam ...
Arnica
Girls, does anyone have a Scarlett SC-MC410S01, which is black, with baked goods?
Lud-Mil @
Falestra, then you can try to make baked milk in this way - pour milk into a heat-resistant container, a little water on the bottom of the bowl, a napkin or a silicone mat, put milk in an additional bowl, Stew for 4 hours.
Falestra
Lud-Mil @ Thanks for the advice.

Another question: who knows from which multicooker recipes are suitable for our Scarlet. So so as not to alter, not to adjust the recipes.

There are a lot of recipes here for our multi, look. I don't remember whether this link was here in Temka or not

I don’t know about other multi. I have Scarlet and Dex. I know that the Dex bowl is perfect and the modes are different. For example, Stew in Scarlet is very stormy, and in Dex it may not be noticed when opening. For this reason, in Scarlet, soup is ready in an hour, and in Dex for an hour and a half. And other modes have their own nuances. It is necessary, if you take recipes from other cartoons, still equate to Skarlusha.

Hello! I also became the owner of the Scarlet 410 multicooker. I bought it at ATB for a promotion. She cooked soup, pilaf, stewed potatoes. Today I cooked an omelet for the Preheat function for half an hour and it’s ready, it is unnecessary to turn it over, look in order not to burn. Thanks to the girls who, nevertheless, described the mode of cooking it using the "typing" method.
Falestra
Congratulations on your successful purchase. I'll go and I'll try to make an omelet, I didn't dare ...
*Elena*
in vain, the omelette is super-duper.
I think, thanks to the ATB action, our ranks will be replenished.
Falestra
yes! super omelette! Shcha daughter devours him by both cheeks. I tried to make boiled pork the other day, so I swore at the cartoon (E2) when I turned on the stewing for the second time (at 10 minutes), I had to bring it to readiness in a double boiler wrapped in foil (it turned out quite edible). Therefore, I was afraid that either stove, for fear of overheating.

I used to whip an omelet with a blender, but today I got lazy and just shaken it a little with a whisk. The omelet turned out to be very tender and with an oven-like crust. I cooked on the express. Everyone liked it very much.

It's been a long time since I looked here "at the light".
I would like to share an interesting recipe "Korean style pickled mushrooms in a slow cooker".
The recipe is taken from here:

P.S. Dear ladies! I ask you not to kick too much if your male faithful want to grunt a stoparik under this dish ...

And it is unlikely that it will be kefir.

So you are right to be lazy. Indeed, in all the recipes for omelets (look at the Internet) it is written that eggs and milk should not be whipped, but only mixed. When whipping, some ligaments are torn there and it will not be so magnificent. So you made the right omelet by accident.

I always considered an omelet to be a very simple dish and even in my thoughts there were no recipes to read But it turns out it is necessary

Girls, do not tell me what it can be and what to do? The son called and said that the sealing rubber in the lid had come out. The daughter-in-law tried to do something and had to pull it out completely. Now they do not know what to do: disassemble it ourselves or carry it to the SC (it is under warranty). Nobody had such a thing?
Arnica
I shouldn't have worried. The son came home from work and replaced the O-ring. I shouldn't have worried.

Fuh, it's good that nothing happened. I also typed in techniques when I came to the forum, basically all the equipment was bought within one year, so I think it will start breaking at the same time, the guard will be full.

Good day! Tell me please, and who cooked the jellied meat in this cartoon? If yes, share your experience ... I read the entire thread - I did not find it ...
Ramona
I cooked. I'll tell you how I did it, if anyone has their own work, write. I took 1 pork leg, 1 lytk. 1 carrot and 1 onion. Water at the top mark. And put on extinguishing 3 times for 1.5 hours. After 2 times I salted and threw peppercorns. I added a little water, it boils a little. When it ended 3 times, I let it cool, disassembled and chopped the meat, diluted it further, boiled it, added bay leaves. And poured it into molds. Delicious!
NataliaK
Ramona, thank you very much for writing about your experience Let's wait for what else the girls will say New Year is not far off

Good afternoon everyone!
Girls, I want to buy a model to help the student's daughter, cook all sorts of cereals. Is there a delayed start function in this model?
nata 81
Sindi, yes there is. Snooze timer. You just need to take into account the cooking time when using the timer. For example, the soup is cooked for 1 hour, but it needs to be cooked in 3 hours, which means that from the time to which you need to cook (3 hours) we subtract the cooking time (1 hour). That is, we set the timer for 2 hours, after 2 hours it starts to cook, cooks for 1 hour. Total 3 hours. something like this

Good afternoon everyone,
today bought MV Scarlett SC410S01 for her husband's grandmother.
I decided to try it first at myself (I myself have been using Panasonic for many years). I washed it, put on the barley milk porridge, and it came out with huge splashes and gurgles. What's wrong? Maybe the check valve is assembled wrong? When you insert it into the cover, you get into the connector. And then you need to turn it? It is very tight, round without protrusions, difficult to insert. Horror! I ought to take her to my grandmother today. Otherwise, we won't get to her for a long time. I went to clean the kitchen.
AlisaF
Laid the outside. No milk and porridge got inside. I put it all together again. Plugged into a power outlet. I pressed the start of the porridge. The timer displayed 45 minutes. I opened the lid and refilled a glass of milk, as there was little liquid. But at the twentieth minutes of the timer, the MV squeaked and went into heating mode. But she never sailed away. She turned it on again.
Could the porridge cooking mode be violated by the fact that during the porridge cooking I opened the lid and added milk?
Vitaok
AlisaF, it is a pity that you take her to grandma so quickly. Otherwise they would have tested it and told us about it here. The fact is that there is no such model on the forum, but it would be interesting.

Yes, I have one. I didn't take her away today. If I fail, then my grandmother is 94 years old all the more. Even in spite of the fact that she is an advanced grandmother with us. I will understand.
To all of the above, I will add that the porridge is ready. But I turned on the MV 3 times. For the first time, everything floated over the top (it turns out to be horrible too, now I will scrub it), I had to interrupt the porridge cooking mode.
Launched, turned on, added milk. The MV switched off at about 20 minutes and switched to heating mode.
I started the porridge cooking mode for the third time. But this time, too, MV disconnected at 20 minutes.
In addition, the bottom layer of porridge can easily be called burnt. The crust is not appetizing brown. If I cooked for my children, then such overheating would not suit us. They even call their yellow-orange crust burnt. A lot of porridge had to be thrown away with a burnt layer.
Maybe I started with the wrong porridge. In my Panasonic, wheat on water also sometimes clogs the valve. And barley is similar to wheat in structure and stickiness.
Tomorrow I'll put the whole chicken in it on the Pastry. I will try those recipes that will be available to my grandmother. I really like this version of the chicken. You don't even need to pour water, just rub it with salt and garlic in the MB. An hour and a half and the chicken is ready. Soft and juicy, all the bones fall out of it themselves. I don't know if there is such a recipe here. I will try to write how it ends.

I think yes. A brown crust also indicates overheating. If it floats and burns on other cereals, then I'll hand it back.

Scarlett was given to her husband a year ago. very happy. But I don't know how to communicate on the forum yet. sorry if I screw it up. On the topic of omelet: one cook told me to add a little water to the omelet for splendor and a little mayonnaise
Ribusenok
we once had to get up very early. Moreover, so that you can always have a good breakfast in time. in the evening I loaded the multicooker for milk porridge. it turned out great. alarm clock, together with the cartoon rang back. porridge is ready. the milk in the cartoon didn't turn sour overnight!
Gallinka
Dear hostesses!
I ask for your help. I have the following situation. An elderly person needs CF, because he lives in a village and, accordingly, there is stove heating.
I opted for the MB Scarlet SC-413, since it has a mechanical (i.e., a very simple menu), and, alas, my grandfather cannot cope with a more complex one.
Has anyone come across this model? Share your impressions, pliz. And what programs are there?

So girls, on occasion, I present to your attention recipe for pea soup with smoked ribs in our cartoon:
recipe:
Ingredients:
Smoked ribs, gram 300-350 (there was a piece of smoked pork ribs about 10 by 25 cm, on beef it works well too)
Peas two multi-glasses (160ml each)
4 medium potatoes
Carrot - one average
Onion - a couple of small
salt spices to taste (I have about 1 tbsp. l without a slide even less for 4 liters, a little hops suneli, about half a teaspoon, a little red pepper, bay leaf 1 pc, dried dill 1 tsp.)
Preparation:
My peas (do not pre-soak), put a piece of ribs in half and there, pour water from half a cup, close the cartoon, turn on soup mode 2 hours (I like the peas boiled in mashed potatoes) can be an hour and a half.
We clean onions, carrots. We cut the carrot into small pieces (dimensions 0.5 * 0.5 * 2cm), onion into small cubes 05 * 05cm. Saute the carrots with onions in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
We clean, cut the potatoes, into small cubes (1cm)
While we are manipulating carrots, onions, potatoes - the cartoon picks up. We open it, take out the ribs, pick out the bones, cut the meat into cubes 1.5 * 1.5, fall asleep in the cartoon, + carrots and potatoes there. Add water to the upper mark, salt (salt only after the peas are cooked !!!), add spices. We close. We include soup mode for another 30-35 minutes.
We open it, stir it, and sprinkle it with fresh herbs for beauty.
PS: I begin to manipulate carrots, onions and potatoes when the cooking time is 45 minutes on the display, so as not to wind up.
Do not blame me if that.
here is a photo of the result
