I have MSM 67PE for over 6 years. Mine gently under running hot water. I do not turn the lid over so that water does not pour inside. While ugh ugh ugh works.

The girls need advice. I have a blender bosch 66150 and it works well. But I am not satisfied that the chopper attachment cannot be washed, but only wiped clean. So, for example, after chopping the liver (I like baked cake, pancakes), no matter how I wipe the nozzle damp. with napkins and no matter how much they are used, the smell of the liver still remains. Perhaps if the shredder had a larger volume, then the nozzle would not get very dirty. But somewhere here on the forum I previously met information that in some blenders the chopper attachment can be washed under water, tell me which blenders they are. There is not enough time to reread the topic.

I have a simple Saturn with four knives / two pairs /, but it's lazy for me to wash and wipe the lid, and I just make a hole in a piece of film and grind everything by putting the film on the lid and fixing it in the container and then throwing it away. Almost nothing gets on the lid
Mila56
Irina, and you have a Boshik as I understand it? Hooray can be washed gently.! Thank you.
Mila56
Elena, a cool option, but with this hole in the film you need to put it on the upper plastic part of the knife, if I understood correctly?
Mila56
Elena, because if the film is put on the lid, then it is not clear what shape the hole in the film should be, since in the center of the lid there is such a convex detail similar to a gear, with only three teeth (rays located 120 degrees in relation to each other in a circle and the length of these rays from the center 1-1.5 cm). Already in idle I tried both options and if the hole falls on the gear located in the lid, then the hole becomes a little larger during operation and the minced meat can fall into the groove located immediately around the gear (you have to clean it out of this groove-circle with a toothpick, a needle and it will be dry cleaning after which the smell remains). And if I put plastic on the end of the hole in the film. parts of the knife. slightly lowering it down, then it does not become larger during work and practically does not get dirty. So practice will show results. I really liked this advice with the film, thank you very much.

girls need advice on the VITEK VT-1480 Blender. Who bought it? Where? And reviews of course. In Belarus, none at all. I like it very much for the price and content.

many who bought)))) and many who broke)))))
but despite the negative reviews, I still bought it for myself ..... only for soft boiled vegetables, I use a little shredder, mostly a whisk, a potato grinder, an iron leg, well, a cube)))))
but I have a Boshikovsky combine ..... so I don’t force Vitek
AnastasiaK
Tumanchik, I have been using this Vitek for over a year on a daily basis. Really like! I run all the functions, knead any dough (for several days in a row I made a simple biscuit and juliferine pizza), except, of course, yeast, I chop in every possible way carrots for freezing, today I cut apples for the filling into cubes, in the morning I make minced meat from chicken breast in a small bowl. In short, he helps me out great.

My Vitek was repaired twice in 5 months, after which I returned back to the foxtrot with a report on unserviceability.

Blender advice VITEK VT-1480.
thanks to everyone who responded. tell me - there is a mill in its configuration - this is what and why. in my understanding it is powdered sugar or coffee to grind. but in fact?
AnastasiaK
Tumanchik, I do not know what is called a mill, if it is a small bowl, then I have it in the photo, and I use it for everything - dough, meat, onions, biscuit crumbs, etc., just for small portions. Coffee is still better and more qualitatively swept away by a coffee grinder, at least I have not tried it in a blender.

I don't know about this particular mill, but I used the Scarlett mill to grind nuts, small portions of boiled meat, fresh vegetables (such as tomatoes), raisins, dried apricots and dates, and a mixture of poppy seeds. This is apart from grinding coffee and sugar.
Masinen
And I bought myself a submersible blender from Caso-HB800
He has a potato grinder. But there is no corolla.
But I didn't need a whisk, but I wanted a mash nozzle.
And his potato grinder is made of steel, not plastic.
The speed switch buttons are touch-sensitive and beautiful illumination)
Blender

Made milk mayonnaise, milk mousse (cocktail).
Mashed potatoes, maybe that's why I took it.
Works very quietly.
gala10
Masha, congratulations! I'm also interested in the potato grinder. What are your impressions of using it? Really good?
Masinen
Galina, yes, I liked it. It turns out straight mashed potatoes, mashed potatoes.
And she can probably not only potatoes, but also turn vegetables into mashed potatoes, boiled.
I also filmed a video of how I make mayonnaise with it. If interested, I can give you a link.
You saw the cocktail))

And she can
Wipe the curd. And other vegetables, besides potatoes, can be done with a normal foot - it's only potatoes that turn into a paste from it.
And I haven't tried mayonnaise, it's interesting to see. I have Kesha. I also bought it for mashed potatoes, but now because of the diet it costs without consumption.

Girls, we make mayonnaise with the blender's foot.
This is my favorite recipe. Milk mayonnaise.
The recipe is not mine, I took it on our forum.

Wipe cottage cheese
Is it convenient to clean the cottage cheese afterwards?

Anna, you can't make mayonnaise with a mash nozzle, only with a regular leg for emulsification)

It's clear about mayonnaise, but to clean it from cottage cheese - the knife is removed from me, unlike the knife of an ordinary leg, so it's more convenient. Sometimes, when preparing processed cheese from cottage cheese in a milk cooker, I use this attachment. But more often - an ordinary leg (this one needs to be taken out, but lazy).
Masinen
Anna, cool)
It means that it is not so narrow-profile.
In short, I'll try it on everything you can!

Mung potato leg is well cleaned under running water with a dish brush. In my version, a toothbrush
Thanks for the video, I really liked both the mayonnaise and the blender
Masinen
Nataliya, Thank you!
I also thought that I would put it in the best right in the water so that everything would come out of it and then rinse it.

Maria, an excellent recipe, did not know that you can cook it without eggs, so it turns out to be less high in calories!
Natalia K.
Maria, glad the advice came in handy
Masinen
Yulia, in secret: this recipe has been on our forum for a long time))
I also made it with my bamix.
But bamix does not have a potato grinder.

I always do just this, well, as I said in the video.
And I'm afraid of eggs))

When there were chickens making mayonnaise on raw, and now it's really scary
Have you tried it on boiled yolks?
Midnight lady
I also cook only such mayonnaise (I don’t dare to use a raw egg).I have a blender Bosch. But what I noticed in the video: the milk is cold (emphasis on this, since even Masha suggests adding an ice cube). And I just do it from food at room temperature, I also tried it from the refrigerator, and so the difference is in the density. Of products at room temperature, mayonnaise is thicker, even thicker than store-bought. And I don't add vinegar or lemon juice right away, but after the main beating, as far as I remember, this is exactly what was recommended in the original recipe on the forum. Well, I beat it a lot more energetically, that is, I move the blender leg up and down, it seems that speed in this recipe is not important, mayonnaise will still work out. Once when the ready-made mustard ran out, I tried to add mustard powder, I found the taste brighter than with mustard, now I don't buy ready-made mustard, I liked the powder better. The powder is the same as the finished mustard - 0.5 tsp. for 150 ml of oil.
Masinen
Midnight lady, and how much we discussed this mayonnaise, it was always mentioned that we need just cold milk.
We must try with a warm one)
Yes, the mayonnaise gets thicker after the refrigerator.

It’s just over, now I’ll do it with warm milk.
Mirabel
Masinen, Mash, with the purchase! The blender is awesome! So, you say, it’s not just a plastic potato press. I asked here and they told me, but ... the metal will not work!
The cocktail is wonderful! mayonnaise too! You, as always, well done!
Masinen
Vika, Thank you)
Well, about metal or plastic, that's personal preference.
Many people do not accept plastic in contact with food.
And many do not care.
So, it's hard to argue about tastes))
Masinen
By the way, I found a photo with mashed potatoes
It turns out I took a picture and forgot)

Masinen
Vika, no, did not whisk.
This blender doesn't have a whisk. But I will never whip))

Mashun, thanks for the pictures of the puree. Now I see the difference with mashed potatoes from other improvised means.
Mirabel
Masinen, Masha! Puree is gorgeous! I will also buy myself a similar blender!
Kartoshka
I would like to get a kitchen assistant who could:
1) make a milkshake from milk and ice cream;
2) chop vegetables for salad;
3) mashed boiled potatoes.
It would seem nothing complicated, but it turned out to be not so simple. The models that we stopped at according to reviews (Steba MX-21 and BAMIX), although very good, do not correspond to the tasks
Can you tell me something good? Or am I expecting too much from the blender?
Mirabel
Kartoshka, in my opinion there is no such unit. You must have a couple for the assigned tasks
Kartoshka
Here on the forum they wrote about the BOSH MSM 881X2, it seems like an interesting unit, it cuts into cubes, but there are almost no real reviews, and this is embarrassing. They write so many good things about the same Bamiks that I really want to buy it, even if a blender is not needed at all
Mirabel
Kartoshka, Yes, many admire Bamiks.
Lilyanna
I read about a potato grinder with you, and since today I bought a vitek with cubes and a potato grinder, it became interesting, do you use this potato grinder only for potatoes or for something else? otherwise I'm not a fan of potatoes.
Masinen
Lilyanna, they said that you can wipe the cottage cheese)
Natalia K.

Mash of course you can. I grinded, I liked the curd
And I also grinded cottage cheese with a banana
Taia
Lilyanna, I wipe all soft foods with a potato grinder, well, including cottage cheese.
Masinen
I just want to try rubbing the cottage cheese on the casserole)

And I made a separate topic about my blender.
I moved all the posts from here to there.

Vitek 1480 is ideal for your purposes, it can do absolutely everything and does it well. But they say they are not reliable. I bought one for myself a long time ago, but then I gave it to my mother, now I have a bamix and I am absolutely not happy with it. Apparently I'll take Vitek back from my mother, she still doesn't use it.
Mamasan
Greetings!
I am to you for the help of the collective intelligence (I specially registered because of this question =)
I have a wonderful blender Profi Cook PC-UM 1006. It served me for 1.5 years - I couldn't get enough of it, the BEAST unit! He chopped celery stalks in kefir so that not a single fiber remained, he could do everything! But yesterday I was preparing mushroom cream soup and very good. I was in a hurry - after boiling water, I poured cold water into the bowl !!! OUT! The bowl cracked.
I call all service centers - many have not even heard of such a technique. Maybe any of you have come across a similar problem - tell me where to turn (I'm in Moscow)!

Thanks in advance to everyone who responded !!!

Masinen
Mamasan, proficooks have their own authorized services. And you need to call there))
Mamasan
Masinen, I agree, but they don't work on weekends. After calling other services, the opinion was that everything is not easy with spare parts for profiling. That's why I wrote here in the hope of someone's personal experience.
