Tomato and mint appetizer

Ingredients

Tomatoes ~ 15 small pieces
Garlic 1 head
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Liquid honey 1 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper taste
Salt 1 tsp
Fresh mint bunch
If there is no mint, then dry oregano (oregano) 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Cut the tomatoes (preferably strong cream) into slices. Put in a bowl sprinkling with mint (if with oregano, then put it directly into the marinade) and pouring with a marinade of garlic, butter, honey, pepper, salt.
  • Leave to soak in the refrigerator for a day. Tomatoes in the photo are 3 days old.
  • Often we eat within 15-20 minutes after cooking, and the remaining tomatoes are already infused as expected.
  • I strongly advise that if after eating a snack there is juice with a marinade, then DO NOT marinate the next batch of tomatoes in this - the taste will be completely wrong.

R.S. Girls who are not very fond of garlic, put less. I put four large cloves of garlic on 1.5 kg of tomato and generously poured ground pepper. I drank water all night, well, it was drying me sooo much all night. But this is my IMHO.
