Ingredients

sour cream 1/2 tbsp.
soda 1/2 tsp
salt pinch
For cream
condensed milk 1 b.
butter 100 g

nuts, raisins, poppy seeds, chocolate to taste and desire

Cooking method

  • Dough
  • Grind the slightly softened butter with flour mixed with soda and salt, add sour cream, collect the dough into a dense bun. If it didn't work out - it doesn't matter - add some more sour cream and send our bun in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Cream Everything is simple and standard - we cook condensed milk for 2-3 hours, add butter to the still warm and stir until smooth.
  • Baking and assembly
  • Pass the cooled dough through a meat grinder with a fine grid, spread the resulting strips of worms in an even layer on two baking sheets and bake for about 25 minutes at 180C until golden brown, cool.
  • At this point, you can start trying - it tastes like the straw that is sold in sachets. But then we can be left without cakes.
  • So we stop trying and grind our resulting worm sticks a little, add nuts (I have fried almonds and peanuts), poppy seeds, raisins, or do not add anything at all and pour all this mass into a warm cream, mix well and put it in portioned molds (I I take paper capsules, it turns out 15 pieces). We leave for 30 minutes on the table for impregnation, then send to the refrigerator. Garnish with melted or grated chocolate when serving.

A very tasty cake-dessert without excessive sweetness, which is liked not only by children, but also by adults. In addition, you can make these mini-cakes with different fillings, in case someone does not like raisins or nuts or they simply cannot be for some reason - a wonderful solution!
