Strawberry-tangerine jam

Ingredients

tangerines 3-4 pcs.
Strawberry 700 g
sugar 1 kg
gelatin 20 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Rinse tangerines and dry. Cut into thin slices with the peel. Pour 500 g of sugar into slices, leave to soak overnight.
  • 2. Wash, peel and chop (if large) strawberries. Boil with gelatin while stirring. Add the remaining sugar and tangerine slices along with the juice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Fill the prepared jars with confiture and close immediately.

Note

Made with tangerines and oranges. This year 2 tangerines, 2 oranges.
It is recommended to cut in circles, but this is inconvenient. I cut it into plump circles, then the circle into quarters.
I take more strawberries, so I can't say exactly how many.

Now the jam is in the process of preparation, so there will be a photo in the evening. The jam is sooo tasty, without it I am already a little sad in winter
