I do not think so. Regular, 240 ml. But I checked it several times, I get about 160 grams of flour per cup (without tamping, I just shake it down a little and remove the slide with a knife). And the recipe contains 140-150 gr. But I say, the water turned out to be too much. Yes, and in that thread they write that almost everyone added flour.
Summary: everything according to our recipes for 450 grams goes perfectly. Where more than 1 cup of water is used, be smart

Imp, do you have any proven recipe for the "French bread" regime? I can't get the recipe from the book: it grows and grows, and when baking, the roof falls. And this despite the fact that I control the bun, and in the "basic" mode, different breads were baked and everything was fine.
Begemot
Dealt with French bread. Still, we have the wrong recipe in the book. After walking here on the forum, talking with smart people and checking the recipes, I found out that the roof in French falls precisely because of the large amount of yeast. For 300 grams of flour (2 cups), you should take no more than 0.7 tsp. yeast, and 400-450 gr. flour (3 cups) - one tsp yeast. The bread turns out to be excellent and without a collapsed roof. Maybe someone will come in handy.
Imp
thanks for the clarifications ... when my roof fell (in bread), I laid down more yeast ... somehow I don't really like French bread

Good day everyone! My parents became the owners of this bread machine! Everything is baked well, but only after studying the recipes in which yeast is present everywhere, did you realize that it is impossible to bake without yeast bread on it? Tell me this, or is it somehow possible?

and how should it rise from you ??? or will you cook just plain flat cakes like matzo ?? if yes, then just take your recipes or those that are written in the recipe and lay down everything as written, only without yeast. I have already had this in practice, with my girlish memory, I forgot for the yeast ... bread came out like bread, just not for the whole bucket, not lush
Romanus
Thanks, got it! In general, it turns out that you can do on any program without yeast? Or is it better on the fast track?
Imp
For you specifically (meaning without yeast), you can put on an accelerated one, you do not need rises, since there is no yeast ... but why is there absolutely no yeast ??) if it's not a secret ...
Romanus
I am not categorically "no yeast", I personally eat yeast baked goods, it's just that some people of the age are not recommended to eat flour with a yeast composition, there are some contraindications ... And I just wanted to diversify the type of bread, I like yeast bread without it, often it ate!))) In some ovens there are even modes without yeast baking. Before that there was a Delongi, there was such a regime, but here it is not, so I became interested, curiosity played ...
Thank you Natasha for your attention to my questions and the answers to them!

Girls, and who has mastered the regime number 10 in our DEKH? I decided to make a sweet with a filling, such as buns, and when I put "Baking" on this mode and the display shows 10 minutes, although the instructions say 10-60 minutes in the table, but how to set 60 minutes? When I realized that 10 minutes, I immediately threw it into the cartoon, let it bake there. But I want to bake in a bread maker.

People, tell me, is this stove programmable or not? I reviewed it everywhere, but there is no clear answer anywhere. There is an acute issue of buying a new bread machine, since the old one has died safely.
Natka8
Not. programmable, similar to this - binaton and ariet 130

Congratulations
Here is the rye recipe :) I make it on dry kvass, I haven't found any malt yet.
2 tbsp. l. dry kvass (on malt) pour 40 ml. boiling water, stir and let it brew for about 20 minutes.
I pour 300 ml of warm kefir.
Flour: wheat premium - 250 gr
peeled rye - 260 gr.
I mix and sift all the flour.
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Then the swollen kvass.
2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil (it is possible without it), but with oil I like it better.
Dry yeast - 2 tsp
Be sure to keep an eye on the kolobok
I bake in the main mode.

And who, if not the employees of the SC, must determine the cause of the breakdown. And they will always find a reason for your guilt
"Exchange equipment (during the warranty period, in the event of a product malfunction through the fault of the manufacturer, equipment is exchanged for a similar one in the trading network) "
"The basis for the exchange of a product is a correctly executed and fully completed warranty card at the time of sale, where the model, the serial number of the product (if present), the date of sale of the product, the name and stamp of the trading organization, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase were indicated products (cash register receipt or sales receipt). Yesterday on the forum I found an analogue of our bread machine: Bork X500, and an excellent recipe from Omela "Delicious white bread".

Good evening, colleagues :-)
today I tested my DEX. I made 450 grams of French bread. Everything rose, baked, nothing fell. BUT: the problem was with getting the bread out of the mold. I shook and shook that form, it was clear that the bread did not stick to the walls, the problem was in the mixer - it did not come off the pin. And I smeared it with oil (as in the instructions). I had to pull out the bread directly with my hands (well, at least it was small). But somehow this is all strange. And nobody writes about it on the forum. Is it really just me that has such a problem? Please tell me
Begemot
You can try to lubricate the pin itself next time.
In general, if you hold the bread for another 15 minutes after the end of the program in the bread maker itself, then the bread is guaranteed to drop out. And often even the stirrer remains in the bread maker.

thanks for the answer! but I definitely kept the bread in the bread maker after the signal - maybe even 30 minutes ...
after doing Borodinsky - after the 2nd batch I climbed in and pulled out the mixer - that's when it easily fell out :-)

Good day! I don’t know about the others, but I also had a hard time when I first baked the bread and the stirrer remained in the crumb. Now when you turn over the bucket, the bread itself jumps out Patience and more pastries!

We have had this bread maker for 5 days. I really want to make something sweet for tea. Has anyone tried Chocolate bread? Or maybe someone has a proven recipe))) Thanks in advance

I made chocolate bread from the oven recipe book. Everything worked out, everything was baked. The girls at work were praised. But personally, I did not like chocolate bread - I believe that a cupcake should be chocolate (bake in the oven, a million recipes). And in a bread maker it is better to make bread - white, black, with cheese and a bunch of other recipes. From sweet - only pasque. But this, of course, is my personal opinion :-)

I poured up to 600 grams of flour, that is, a kilogram of baked goods can be made in it. It doesn't make sense anymore.

I decided to take a 707 model for myself, the price / reviews are very attractive. But I rushed to look, they are not available now, all have a 507 model. On their offsite there is a label for the 507 model, supposedly a new one. But logically, in terms of functions, it is weaker, and judging by the serial numbers 307, 507, 707 ... 707, the model is probably newer.
Perhaps the release of 707 has been stopped? Nobody heard? Or problems with supplies or customs clearance?
If I don't find the 707, I'll have to take the 507 model, what good / bad can you say about it?
Thanks in advance.

Dear owners of DEX 707. Please tell me how you can set a delay timer on the baking program so that the program starts working in a few hours (say 4 hours), but not 10 minutes, as originally set in the program, but 1 hour (for baking bread). I put the sourdough bread, I want the bread to rise and after a while the oven turned on itself, but as I understand it, the baking should only turn on for 10 minutes (by default), but I want it for 1 hour. Can someone tell me?

Please tell me! In the "Baking" mode ... 10 minutes are displayed ... do you need to set it yourself further? and how? and how much do you bake on average? Thanks in advance!

Girls, but how does this bread (main, rye, generally without bells and whistles) feel on the second or third day after baking, well, if you take to work for sandwiches. It's just that for some reason my hand-made one from the oven turns stale pretty quickly and for tomorrow it's not the same coat, but what about the bread maker?
