So all the same heats the dough on the mode? What did they write in the instructions sho horrible
AlinaM
Good day to all! Yesterday I became the owner of HP DEX.
The bread turned out delicious the first time. Then she immediately put bread with raisins and coffee according to the recipe from the book. Not very nice in form came out. But delicious.
And there were oranges at home. I decided to make a jam. Again, according to the recipe from the book. It turned out to be some kind of nonsense. Plain boiled oranges with juice. That is, liquid. Why? How do you make jam?
ledi
AlinaM, for some reason I missed your message. I don't cook jam and I won't say anything about it. And they also told me that it is better not to cook, it seems like the bucket will be worn out quickly from the jam

I will show a photo of Myasoedovsky kulichikhttps://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=9679.0 from a bread machine. I baked in a Dex707 bread maker, I put 1/3 of the bucket in the dough, first kneaded the dough in the mode (the tens do not work in this mode, the heat comes from the engine, this is what I discussed above in the messages), and then I turned on the French bread program ... mode "light crust". It turned out to be a cake of 1.5 kg. the top is a little light, but everywhere it is ruddy. The taste is awesome. The only negative is that it is very large and it is bad to cut

Bread maker DEX DBM-707
Smeared with residues of glaze and already anyhow. So don't judge strictly

That is, you used two modes? It's just that I immediately fall asleep with the ingredients and bake in the "French" mode. The cake turns out to be excellent and bakes well.
ledi
baxusDo you bake Myasoedovsky Easter cake like this or according to another recipe?
baxus
ledi, I beg your pardon, did not finish. I bake according to the recipe "Butter cake" from Elena Bo. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=3502.0.html

How do you make jam?
In my Dexochka, I also recently made orange jam, or rather orange-tangerine. I didn't read the recipe from the book, I used the one that I found on the forum Orange jam: two options
My personal experience is this: I peeled oranges and tangerines from skins and seeds (I didn’t peel the slices), grind all this with an immersion blender, added sugar and sent it all to the bread maker to prepare using the Jam program. The result in terms of taste exceeded all expectations! The family asks for supplements Yes, it turned out a little thin, but I boiled it again with agar-agar and I was happy. Now I will add it right away.
Mad max
Tell me where you can find the accessories for the stove in Donetsk, or in Ukraine. Interested in the bucket, otherwise it was already worn out, the water began to pass through, it does not bother but I would like to change
ledi
Mad max, in Donetsk, Kuibysheva str. 143g t 0623362016, 0623888012 Dex line there were pots for the multicooker, maybe there is a bucket for the breadmaker

Hello! Yesterday I bought a DEKH-707 bread maker. I tried to bake bread from first grade flour. It turned out delicious, but didn't grow well.I have a question, maybe someone has experience in baking the simplest bread from high-quality 1st grade flour. I am interested in the simplest bread, because for this I bought a stove to bake everyday simple bread. Thank you!

Hello everyone! Owners of the Dex DMB-507 bread machine, tell me, please!
I saw the same questions above, but did not find answers in the topic.
Program No. 12 (Baking), set for 10 minutes and reset to zero (?).
How to use this program correctly?
The instruction does not provide for any timers ...

I tried to bake a cupcake (I manually mixed everything I needed, poured in and turned on program No. 12. After 10 minutes, a signal sounded and 0.00 appeared on the scoreboard - I waited for the countdown, but nothing .... I waited 10 more minutes, tried to fix it on the program 11 (but she didn’t want to, gave out NNN), .. I couldn’t resist, I poured the contents into the multicooker .... I bake there ... But that's the point ...

How to use this program correctly?
Set the baking mode, and use the timer button to change the baking time. I don't remember exactly, but it seems like a maximum of 60 minutes. Press start and baking starts immediately. By default, baking is 10 minutes long.

As I understand it, there is no delay start in baking mode, or it turns on somehow differently, the instructions do not say anything about it.

(I have a DEX 707)
Verisa
thank you! Yes, that's exactly how it works.
I immediately tried to check, but, being hot, it would not restart.
it turned out cold :-)
