I bought my wife a JC-M211B bread maker. Printed - China. Well, okay, now everything is done in China. We try to bake bread, but when choosing modes, instead of the mode inscriptions on the display, the numbers seem to be indicating the time. How do I set the desired mode? The oven is working now, but what will it bake ???. Can anyone help me figure this out. Appreciate hotzza to bite a piece of bread.

Isn't it written in the instructions? Usually, the "menu" button sets the mode (1, 2 or whatever is necessary), and the time shows how much is left until the end of the program. And as in yours - just look in the instructions.

Thanks for the answer. Have you ever read Chinese instructions and even translated by a robot?

Hello! I am new to bakery and website. I was already baking in the bread maker that they gave me, but it didn't always work out. It is problematic to use the advice from the site, since my canvas has no name, no brand, the instructions do not describe the stages of the programs in terms of duration. Manufactured in x / p RF.
There are as many as 12 programs: jam, dough, French, and 2 quick pastries, a cake, a sandwich. When you select a program in the menu, its time is displayed. The longest program lasts 3 hours. 50 minutes is French, 3 hours 40 minutes is whole wheat. Maybe one of the aces of baking will tell you on which program is one rise of the dough - I want to master rye bread? Or maybe someone has a stove like mine? Thank you very much in advance to everyone who responds !!!

Veronica, it is very simple to make one rise of the dough - after the first kneading (you will hear a short stirring during the proofing), open the oven lid and pull out the spatula. Then the second workout will not happen! If you do not need any kneading at all, remove the spatula immediately after kneading.

because the cotton is mine without a name, without a stamp,

Can you give us a photo of your own stove for review? Then we will quickly determine the model, and indicate which x / stove you are closer to, so that we can take recipes on the forum

Good time. Please help me find recipes for the ViTESSE VS-427 bread maker, I could not find anything yet.
dopleta
SILPHIDE, do not suffer, but take recipes from the forum for any other bread makers - they are universal. The only thing is to follow the order of laying: first, liquid or dry foods. Judging by the appearance of your stove (and there are many similar ones), liquid components are first poured into it.
SILPHIDE
Thank you, I will do so, just a little surprised that there is no mention of such a stove.
dopleta
Surely, someone has it, it's just that we already have such a variety of stoves that often, when buying a new one, we do not inform about it. Especially when the stoves are analogous to each other.

Good day! I read the forum for a long time, but I registered to ask for help. Yesterday I tried to bake a paska according to a new recipe and did not keep track of it - the dough came out of the bucket and caught fire on the walls and the heating element. I pulled everything out, finished it in the cartoon. but now the bread maker smells strongly burnt. Please advise what and how to remove the smell?
