I did it for home use, so without decorations: I just covered it with cream on top and sprinkled it with crushed hazelnuts.
The dough was made on a mixture of sunflower and corn oil (2: 1). My husband didn’t smell anything and praised it, but I felt the taste of oil, it bothered me a little.
The cakes were also baked in a strange way: I put the first one in the middle of the oven, it turned out pale and swollen a little, the second one on the shelf higher - a very good result. And the third is in the same place as the second, but for some reason it got dry and bloated unevenly.

In general, I am happy, and my husband is happy. And the cut is quite cute.
