Sour cream dessert

Ingredients

jelly 1 package, designed for 200 ml of liquid
sour cream (low fat) 200ml
hot water 100ml
powdered sugar taste

Cooking method

  • All seasonal dessert. It all depends on the flavor of the jelly you choose. And also decorate with fresh berries and fruits.

  • I have raspberry jelly. The package of my jelly is designed for 400 ml, which means I need 200 ml of hot water. That is, we take half of the water required. And we take sour cream 400 ml.
  • Dilute a bag of jelly with hot water (I remind you that we take half as much water as indicated on the package), stir until the grains are completely dissolved. Let cool slightly.
  • Beat the diluted jelly with sour cream, you can use a mixer, you can also use a whisk or fork. If required, sweeten (I added 1 teaspoon of sugar powder.) Beat for 5 minutes to saturate the dessert with bubbles to the maximum.
  • Pour into glasses and put in the refrigerator until it solidifies!
