Spaghetti spicy in Italian

Ingredients

spaghetti 300g
garlic 3-4 cloves
chilli 1/2 pcs.
parsley 1 sky bunch
olive oil or refined sunflower oil 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Boil the spaghetti in salted water until tender, but do not overcook.
  • In the meantime, prepare the dressing.
  • Preheat a frying pan, pour in oil, quickly fry the garlic, chopped into slices and chili peppers in it. When the garlic turns slightly golden (it fries very quickly), add the chopped parsley and lightly simmer in oil - 1 minute.
  • That's all, you can season spaghetti.
  • It turns out very good. spicy, slightly spicy. Great side dish!
  • Who likes it sharper, you can use a whole pepper.

I buy olive oil from Ellada. Stands in the cholnik and solidifies like ghee. The taste seems to be real. This is the third time I take this.
Flaxseed oil taste like fish oil.

Natusya, it is a "blend of refined olive oil and Exstra Virgin". So it is written on the bottle, oil is not cheap and not the most expensive, at least honestly the manufacturer writes. The taste is pleasant.

I always take only Extra Virgin cold pressed, but it also comes in a milder taste with the label "delicato" (I don't remember exactly how this word is spelled in Latin in Italian). It is this delicate that is the more adapted option for those who find the taste of olive oil harsh. I, too, immediately got used to olive oil, now I love it very much, but I know for sure that for my taste you cannot pour a lot of olive oil, by the standards of sunflower oil, just a little, otherwise it will taste bitter, and because of the astringency of the taste, the whole will not be felt palette of shades.

Girls, the theme of "Olive oil" is very close to me, since we ourselves are engaged in this business .... from planting to harvesting and pressing.
I give a couple of tips: look for the oil as thick as possible and with sediment at the bottom ("air fluff", not flakes! especially at low temperatures). the color should be saturated so that the transparency would fade ...
from green olives (picked) - the oil turns out to be more astringent ...from more ripe (as they say in the CIS "Olives") - softer, but astringency is present, and the oil is fragrant, a pleasant smell of olives.
Mine add a little salt to the bottles with fresh juice, the astringency goes away ...
the color of the olives is often indicated on the bottles, so you can choose!
but if there are flakes at the bottom and it tastes strongly bitter to an unpleasant aftertaste, this oil was pressed from the fallen leaves, it is more transparent and less thick (which is not strong for food, this is mainly used for soap and it is much cheaper ... but here it should be an experience ... even the local Lebanese are not very versed and often choose what was meant for soap)
oil that has stood for more than ten years in a cold place is considered curative ... they drink drop by drop for gastritis, apply to wounds, rub babies, etc. I don't know much else!
I do not advise taking raffin. olive with the addition of dispensers, etc.

Usually like this: a side dish, and to it, some kind of salad or rolling is needed, but in this recipe - I didn't want anything! Thank you so much for the recipe, especially for the fact that it can be cooked in Lent! By the way, I used corn oil instead of olive oil.

I love this pasta! The oil comes out aromatic from pepper, garlic and herbs and basically. no matter what kind of oil.
If children eat, then add very little chili pepper, and cut paprika thinly. It turns out beautifully.
