For the sake of aesthetics, I poured into the dumplings everything that can paint red from an ecological one. not a fig! when cooking, everything disappears. but we don't bother. the main thing is delicious.

Try adding lemon juice to the beetroot juice. It helps the beet juice retain its brightness.

Here you can see, not quite sausage, but the meat has not turned gray.
