Panasonic with one stirrer kneads better, he does not have impurities in the corners, than the moulinexes sometimes sin on two stirrers, especially when they (stirrers) start to work out of unison, tt. e is not always synchronous.
Creamy, in Moulinex sometimes I even take out one mixer and it kneads perfectly with one, if I take a little flour. No, she kneads very well. And yet, the mixers can be set so that they look at each other, and this is recommended, it is better to knead the dough when there is a lot of it.

if there are no design requirements (what if you have a high-tech and stainless steel kitchen) and you don't want to spend extra money, then 2501 is an excellent choice. Today ALL bread machines of our market work without a yeast dispenser, except for the only one - 2502 Panasonic. Please note that the yeast dispenser will work EVERY time, and the additive dispenser only if the appropriate program is set (bread with additives). Someone needs this loud enough click of a yeast dispenser to hear if the oven has begun to knead. For some, this click can be annoying or "sound like a shot in the night."

For Panasonic, a small "standard" size of bread is 400 grams of flour (that is, about 600 g of finished bread), and the minimum is 300 g of flour, that is, a little less than 500 g of finished bread.

My Benten seems to be starting to think about retirement (2 years ago I worked for sure). And now I want a new HP. I read the forum and realized that Panasonic and Moulinex were the leaders. And here's how to choose? I like the reliability of Panasonic, but Moulinex has my favorite baguettes. Most of all I use the oven to mesh and bake ordinary bread, but I really want baguettes ... And mulinexa often break (

now there are some forms for baguettes for other HP (as an additionally purchased option), and in Panasonic they are already baking in full "abnormal" forms... In addition, I give a pohayu moulinex - of all the mulekas that I have met so far, only one worked normally.

Good day! I ask for your advice and help in choosing a bread machine. I cannot decide, because I am almost not familiar with this technique. of the priorities it is desirable: kneading dough (several types), sweet pastries, additional functions (such as "ghee"). The brand and the price do not matter, well, almost ... I want a good technique for a large family. Thanks in advance to everyone who answered!

The same question arose again, today I was in the store, looked at the stoves live, praised Bork X500 and X800 very much, did anyone come across it, a worthwhile thing, or just promoting a product in the store? : girl_skakalka: So once again I ask for advice to finally decide.

Do you have any experience in baking? If not a lot, take a Panasonic. The brand is also very good, but .... But it cooks cheese - there is no Panasonic There is a manual mode - but now I don't need it at all - white on the French program. and rye on whole grain with preliminary kneading on noodles and with a delay, it turns out very well.
It's hot in the kitchen now and it bakes well (if it's cool, it bakes worse).
But she is noisy, Panas is not.

Bork X800 only deserves attention from Bork, but it has one big defect - 14,000 rubles, otherwise a successful model.
The rest of the Borks - price-quality-opportunities are simply not seriously discussed.

I don't have the slightest experience with a bread maker! therefore I ask in such tedious and detailed manner. I'm most interested in the functionality of the stove and the quality of the unit itself. and noise is a matter of everyday life ...

definitely. I say this about binaton and yunold hybrids.

Multicooker has a property - to travel with the owners on / in all kinds of business trips. And you can't pull a bread maker with you. And in fact (I don't know about that Redmond, but Binaton and Yunold for sure) will not save much space - while using one of the functions, the second form needs to be attached somewhere. So it turns out that one hybrid takes up a little less space than two separate units. And only one function can be used at a time. In addition, very often we have both a bread maker and a multicooker (and some have two or three) at the same time.

I was rather disappointed in the hybrid (they bought it when the Panasonic multicooker was the only one on the market and cost some outrageous money). And he stands with me most of the time restless. Now it works, because the Panasonic bread maker has moved to the dacha, and I don’t want to buy bread.

Girls, does someone have a Saturn bread maker ST-EC 0122? It's just that we in Komfi now have them for 199 UAH, so I started thinking. Can buy a son in a hostel. There is just the size of the bylochka for 540 g. It will be enough for two or three. I really look forward to advice. And then tomorrow I'm going to Sevastopol, and they are there on sale for a promotion for only 1 day.

I think that for that kind of money - you can take it, anyway she will work it out.
I also opened an advertisement in Comfi - I see the bread maker not Saturn, but ST - but is it Saturn. It seems that Saturn is written on their products.

It is only Bork x800 in this case that deserves attention from all Borks - both good and reliable, and the broadest possibilities of customization for a recipe, but with a big fly in the ointment. Its price is almost twice the price of the most expensive Panasonic and three more modest bread machines.
Well, those that are more modest, but will not yield in terms of opportunities, make up a sufficient list of bread makers to choose from.

Girls, yesterday I saw with my own eyes the Saturn ST-EC 0122 bread maker in Comfi. I came to the conclusion that this is not a stove. there is such a small bucket. Although 700 g baked goods were declared on the price tags, 500 g on the oven itself, but in reality I think that a loaf of 300 grams is not more. I asked the manager for instructions, he began to load that he himself would tell me everything that interests me. Well, I started to take out his brains. As a result, I was never able to read the instructions, since it never made it to the sales area, allegedly from a warehouse. I tried to prove that the instruction should be near the equipment or at least in the packaging from it, but to no avail. And therefore, having made all the conclusions and seeing the arguments, my son and I came to the conclusion that since the bucket is so tiny, then the baking is obtained at one time. It turns out they will need to bake bread almost 3 times a day. And in the end we didn't buy. I'd rather buy a little more expensive, but with a normal bucket. Here I was personally bribed by the price of 199 UAH. But I was once again convinced of professionalism sellers.

Three Panasonic models, one from Bork, one from Kenwood and creaking, you can still converge on a relatively inexpensive Brand.

I bought Bork X800 at the weekend, so far everything is successful, this weekend I will experiment, the first bread is just lovely, it rose, mixed without adding flour, the only thing you need is probably a little more sugar or salt, a little bland, or it's out of habit. I got some malt, so I want to try it with rye and olives.
Baked according to this recipe:
Wheat bread
Milk 300 ml + 2D Art. l. to kolobok
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Salt 1 tsp dimensional
Sugar 1 tsp (hand did not rise - put 1st tbsp. l.)
Wheat baking flour 450g.
Dry active yeast 1 tsp.

From the changes, I put a tablespoon of sugar and put 30 grams instead of vegetable oil. creamy. And oh .. thank God everything worked out !!!
