Hello everyone! Help me choose HP, from my mother-in-law LG 2001, but I don't want the same one, because the bucket leaks after a year of operation and the bread top is pale (judging by the reviews, this is a feature of all LGs). Is there a worthy replacement for this stove? I myself am now considering Panas.SD-2500 and 2501 as a variant. But as I understand it, these models do not contain "Rye", but such bread is needed !!! What do the owners of these models say?
sazalexter
CAPITAN SD2501 has rye

Thank you! In practice, Pan. How does SD-2501 perform when baking on the Rye program?
sazalexter
Wonderful But it is better if it is rye-wheat bread
We discuss these HPs here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=126137.0

Something scares me troubles with "rye", with the correction of kneading with a spatula, with switching programs ... And does "rye-wheat" bake on any one program or also there are difficulties? Mother-in-law on soybeans LG 2001 bakes rye-wheat on the "Russian cook" mode, but here how?

A small tambourine with this stove makes it easy to bake pure rye bread easily and simply and everyone can do it.
Come read and learn.
And rye-wheat recipes can be baked using a large group of built-in programs and, of course, without the help of a spatula.
And all this Panasonic bakes, bakes and bakes.

So after all, according to the model - what on Panac.SD-2500, what on SD-2501 baking pure rye bread (without wheat flour) is the same - do you need to set two modes? Why, then, is the "Rye" mode incorporated in the SD-2501? I can't decide between these two models ... Help, please! SOS !!!

On 2501 there is a rye mode and a rye scapula + a dispenser for raisins-nuts. Rye mode allows you to bake rye on the "automatic"

Somewhere on the pages of the forum it sounded that the dispenser of the SD-2501 works ahead of time and is solved by filing the hook, is this a problem of all SD-2501s or who will get it?

There was no earlier, but poor-quality fixation, which was improved by sawing.

It was only in the first batch, then the manufacturer fixed the bug, checked!

Good evening everyone!
Your help is sooooo necessary !!!!
I've been choosing a bread maker for a week now. Please advise!!!
Requirements: 1. I want to bake yeast-free bread (sourdough)
2. Rye bread (also leavened)
I understand that for these purposes it is better to take a programmable bread maker? (I looked at daewoo d-9154, but it is nowhere to be found, and it seems that it is not very suitable for rye) I would like to lay the ingredients and get ready-made bread. Kenwood is not highly praised.
Or can I get by with ready-made programs for my purposes ??? The new Panasonic Models can bake sourdough rye bread (whole continuous process) ??
HELP!!!!!

HELP!!!!!

For baking the proposed types of bread,
without a Tambourine for dancing around the bread machine
for today in the Russian market only two models -
Bork X800 - equipped with a folding paddle.
Dough rising time 5 hours without kneading.
Yeast Baking Rye Bread
and leaven without problems. more-1
Brand 3801 - equipped with electronic scales.
Dough rising time 4.5 hours without kneading.
Yeast Baking Rye Bread
and leaven without problems. Very good price. more-1
and with a stretch the third -
Kenwood BM450 more-1

About baking rye bread in 83 models of bread makers read here -
Rye custard bread is real (almost forgotten taste). Baking methods and additives.

It is also helpful to understand that, ".... I would like to lay the ingredients and get ready-made bread.", with rye, and even more so on its sourdough varieties, will not work.
We can only talk about partial automation and the minimum number of movements around the bread machine with such baking.
In short, many people bake and eat this bread and rejoice !!!

I completely agree with Vanya, the availability of programming capabilities, they only increase the size of the tambourine.
People who ask a question about the problem-free baking of rye sourdough bread in automatic mode, it is quite obvious that they do not understand anything in the process. And how will programming help them? And for those who understand the intricacies of the rye production process, the built-in programs are enough.
