Lyi, you need to thicken the sour cream with Smeta powder or a thickener for cream (it is also sold in small bags). They do not taste at all. And the curd cream is very tasty, you can add more fruit to it. Good luck!

and you try, if not now, then later. make a small portion.
read there, many people eat it instead of dessert.
and it really turns out: tasty, simple and fast.
and I also read there somehow how easy and without problems it is to prepare choux pastry for eclairs and other products from this dough.
I love it when it's delicious, simple and fast!

I am reporting.
The cake is wonderful. No photo, in the evening he was not frozen, and in the morning he was dragged away silently. They called now and said it was delicious.
Due to the fact that there was a little bit of everything, 3 creams turned out at once.
I took the first curd from Stellochka delicious.
2- did not beat the sour cream, just mixed the sour cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar, it turned out thick.
3rd oil, whipped at the moment, although earlier I never whipped cream from a store (good) condensed milk and butter from a cow, so I always bought both butter and condensed milk in the store for butter cream. And here, both homemade butter and condensed milk made by the HP recipe, whipped without problems.
Well, the cakes are flawless as always. I baked in Panasonic 018, it turned out under the very lid, but it was baked for 60 + 20 + 40 minutes, that is, 2 hours, before I had enough 60 + 20 minutes. There must have been a slight tension.
Thanks everyone for the help.

Somehow I'll try it as a dessert for me alone. And I always get upset when you try to cook, and everyone silently bypasses him, saying that they have already eaten and do not want to.
But I and my pets love eclairs, although I rarely do because of the fuss with choux pastry. If it's easy, I'll do it more often.
Thank you.

In continuation.
The cake is really wonderful.
Now they brought a piece, I tried it myself.
For the future, I will always make exactly 3 different creams. They complement each other very well, the taste is richer. Moreover, all creams are very light, easy to use. I will still add ground nuts. 1-e two creams are generally only stirred, and I whipped butter in a submersible Brown chopper in 3 minutes: 75 g butter + 2 tablespoons with a top of thick boiled condensed milk.
And one more thing I liked. I made a sprinkle of regular store-bought lemon waffles, ground into crumbs with a blender. I didn't start making the icing, it was already one in the morning and then I was afraid to make the cake heavier with more icing. The waffles also added a touch and nicely finished off the cake. No one even guessed that these were ordinary waffles.
Vitalinka
Lyi , I am very glad that you succeeded!

glad the cake was a success! you described it so deliciously that I wanted to try it too (although I'm not very good at chocolate biscuits and dough),
but I think my son should be very tasty, we have a sweet tooth!
I also always worry that my son would like everything that I cook!

The topic is called "Multicooker Baking"
Anka_DL
Yes, even in a bread maker. I will support Olesya. The recipe is very popular, and as it turns out from the comments, it is quite universal. Even in the microwave, even in the oven ... I haven't read about a double boiler. I don't see anything wrong with adding information about cooking and techniques other than a multicooker in a recipe note.
Moreover, there is a similar practice when the time, modes, temperature are prescribed ... (necessary information) for different cooking methods
olesia32
can my cakes be used? I can do without them, of course, I won't have to do it again. but they just really asked for a clearing for the doll. I did it for her

Hello everyone! please tell me, and how to cut the cake along the cakes? A knife is somehow very sloppy. Is there a special device?

And I am with the report.

The biscuit turned out not very high, 7 cm, but I cut it into four quite solid cakes, it is very easy to cut with ordinary polyester spool thread.
Krosh, thank you very much for the recipe, I have repeatedly met the mention of this biscuit on various sites, for some reason I was afraid of it for a long time, I thought that it was very complicated (with boiling water!), In fact everything turned out to be very simple. It remains to spread the cream and remove the sample.

I made a cake. Here is:

liked. Good recipe, very much! True, I missed it while the cake was still hot, and the cream melted, but it was soaked ... And I didn't put semolina in the cream.I just mixed butter with condensed milk - a very tasty cream. And we soaked the bottom cake with a mixture of lemon juice, brandy, sugar and a spoonful of condensed milk.
the only question is whether it is possible not to put soda .... it is felt.

Cake !!!

And tell me, you just don't put soda, or you replace it with baking powder. baking powder 3 spoons?
Crochet
To me on "you" ...

Bunny, I replace the soda with a baking powder, exactly for 3 tsp. , plus those 1, 5 tsp. baking powder, which are in the recipe, total 4.5 tsp.

In general, I put 2 sachets of baking powder, 10 g each. each, i.e. only 20 gr.
Lud-Mil @
And I used this cream:
Mix 1 egg, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour and 300 g of yogurt and cook in a water bath until it is completely thickened. Add 50g butter, cover with cling film and leave to cool. (You can also whip up a pack of butter and combine with this cream, I just had a cream.)
And I also layered the cakes with frozen cherries, it would be nice to soak the cherries in cognac (a little, gr. 50) for at least an hour. Each cake was slightly watered to soak with the juice released from the cherries, then smeared with cream, cherries were placed on the cream, etc.

I will try to bake a cake in Dex-60. I will be using the oven in MV for the first time, tell me who baked in it, is it time to use 60 + 20?
Lud-Mil @
Dashulka, in my slow cooker, by default, baking costs 1 hour 30 minutes, I did not reduce it, and baked it, it turned out well.
Dashulka
Thanks, I will try.

Soda is not felt at all, this is how they wrote it here because of the boiling water, he extinguishes the soda.

Wow, how much baking powder! And I put baking powder 1 incomplete teaspoon without top and half a teaspoon of baking soda. The cake rises perfectly.

Girls, I'm new, take me to your company?
I baked the cake in the oven to bake it better, poured the dough onto the deco. I cut it lengthwise and across it once, it turned out 4 layers, I smeared it with charlotte cream, the cake turned out to be very tasty. I didn't even expect that it would be so tasty with such simple products. However, I used homemade products, fresh eggs and milk. Thank you very much for the recipe !!!
Kamusik
Ariska , of course we accept!
A photo in the studio?
Ariska
Thank you for the welcome, your company is very pleasant :) I baked the cake to take away, and I ate it as a guest, everyone really liked it. I forgot to write that I soaked McCoffee, that is, a 3 in 1 bag, used two bags and 150 grams of milk. Charlotte also changed to her fear, but it turned out very tasty, maybe it will come in handy for someone, she did it according to the proportion: 1 large egg, 5 tbsp. l. sugar, 250 grams of milk and 120 grams of good butter, plus vanillin. Products, except for butter, were homemade, the cream was soaked, it turned out just great!
I have no doubt that I will bake some more, and then I will report back.
Giraffe
I don’t understand, it’s damp as it is, and you soaked it yet?
Little Raccoon
It can be moist due to the excess of vegetable oil. I add growth. butter 2 cm from the bottom of the faceted glass, the cake is NOT wet.
Giraffe
Perhaps, but still, I can't imagine soaking another 150ml of liquid.
Ariska
On "you" I baked in an ordinary oven, sometimes my baking settles, so for faithfulness, so that it’s already baked well, I poured the dough onto deco, so the biscuit turned out to be not so wet and already cut into two layers.Everyone liked the cake, they said: so juicy, they ordered the same one for 30.04, they have Sabantuy again. But I'll try to soak coffee + cognac + lemon juice.
Kamusik
I impregnate any biscuit, including this one! Everyone loves me sooo wet, and not just wet, but that this "sputum" was also tasteful! So, each house has its own comedians!

How to soak? The cake "drunk" is obtained, in the sense of a drink and a snack?

I ask for advice on this recipe
If done without eggs, will this greatly affect the "splendor" of the dough? It generally rises by at least three cakes when cut.
Thank you!

I do it without eggs in the post, everything works out! The splendor is influenced by soda or baking powder. Eggs are not whipped into a foam here, how can they greatly affect fluffiness? For a bundle (so that the cake does not fall apart after baking) I pour a couple of tables. spoons of starch.
