Macaroni with vodka in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Pasta 200 g
Chicken or turkey breast 200 g
Pomodoro a cubettti (or 3 tomatoes in its own juice) 150 g
Vodka 120 ml
Onion 1 PC
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cook pasta as usual.
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry in a MV saucepan on the "steaming" program for 3 minutes, then add the chopped breast and fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Then put the peeled and diced tomatoes (canned in their own juice or ready-made Italian) in a saucepan, and all together for 10 minutes.
  • Then pour all this with vodka, mix, for another 2-3 minutes, and then put the pasta previously slightly fried in butter.
  • We still mix well and treat the men!
