Portion salad "Martini"

Portion Martini Salad

Ingredients

small shrimps 200 g
mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l
sour cream 2 tbsp. l
dill, parsley
salt pepper taste
avocado 2 pcs.
lemon 1/2
tabasco sauce a couple of drops
a tomato 4 things.
Martini 1 tbsp. l
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Lay the salad in layers in glasses or glasses.
  • 1st layer - mix mayonnaise, sour cream and finely chopped herbs. Add shrimp, salt, pepper and stir.
  • 2nd layer - finely chop the avocado, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and add a couple of drops of Tabasco sauce.
  • 3rd layer - pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them off (I did not do that). Then finely chop the tomatoes, add a spoonful of Martini and vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Decorate the salad with lemon and herbs. Let it brew a little in the refrigerator.
