The original instructions can be viewed on the MVideo website, in the specification for the stove! And no problem
Spring @
Please tell me, do you need to put something heat-resistant under the running HP? Does it get very hot from below?
Ru
Spring @, the stove has legs a little more than a centimeter high. This is sufficient to dissipate heat. You can safely put on any kitchen surface

Please tell me, the 2501 has a white plastic case and one dispenser. 2502 have 2. One for yeast. Can the 2501 dispenser be used for yeast, as it is alleged that it is bad for the quality to immediately fill?
Painfully, the difference in price is decent. I can do without raisins and a steel case.

There is very little experience in operation, but while I was looking for and choosing ....... (I spent a month and a half on the Internet, purposefully in these models) - I even gave free consultations to sellers in the store. Still 2501. I got it last Friday. Not only I am satisfied .... Twice on the bake timer, yeast, no problem. Nothing else to think of = here's another dispenser, pay ...

Yeah .. marketers get paid. It is certainly nice, but by 1.5 times.
But the price range for 2501 is not clear (by the way, what do the letters WTS mean?) - from 5,500 to 7,000. Maybe there is a difference in the warranty? Like it was officially delivered, unofficially? Tell me, pliz.
Rina
As for the difference in price - we also have a difference for one and the same Panasonic model has always been very solid.

As for the yeast dispenser - I met only in the information about the oldest Panasonic models and the newest one. Even with a decent respite wheat the flour will not get wet enough for the water to reach the yeast. To be honest, I have no idea what the curvature of the arms should be in order to break the layer of flour with a stream of water and wet the yeast. Just because I am a little familiar with the properties of flour. Perhaps, other types of flour have different wetting properties, but again, to work with bread dough, you need to turn on your head at least a little, then you won't even pay attention to the absence of a yeast dispenser.

I bought HP, succumbing to some excitement. I honestly thought that I was buying a toy, which I would later slide into the mezzanine. Yes, only now it is the most working unit in the kitchen (more often only an electric pot). Last year I asked my father "We have been eating homemade bread for two years now. Have you changed your feelings about yourself?" To which she received the answer “My heartburn has passed, I almost forgot about the liver” (this despite the fact that my father had been drinking Almagel for many years to suppress heartburn).

Yeast dispensers were not and are not in most HPs. And this does not detract from their performance. Stories that "because of the order of the food laying prescribed in Panasonic, when the temperatures are equalized, and even more so when baking at a delayed start, the water can reach the yeast and soak ahead of time" are fairy tales.
Well, this is not such a fairy tale. Especially if the bucket is old and shabby, as I have now, on the 255th model. In my shabby bucket, with already heavily scratched insides, if, before laying the products, you do not grease its insides with a drop of sunflower oil around the perimeter at the level of the flour laying, then the water successfully penetrates the yeast along the shabby sides, with all the consequences ...
Yes, I admit that the bucket should have been changed a long time ago, but all hands do not reach, and the bread seems to be baked so far to glory.

People, why - 254 - 257 models were really taken out of production? What a grief! We urgently need to run to look, we can find ourselves somewhere else. And then the fresh models have completely lost their individuality (and you can't immediately figure out where the mule is, where is Panas, and where is tefal), their elongated shape seems to have lost their former legendary stability, and there is a flaw with the dispenser. In general, it was possible: the new is the enemy of the good ...

Yes, there is such a thing ... I bought a 257 model a couple of weeks ago, so the courier said that they were taken out of production, they are selling the last batch, now there will be only new 3 models.

I bought a Panasonic 2501 bread baked well, but when I tried to bake a cake it failed, the debriefing showed that the dispenser opened ahead of time and naturally got a tight piece of something incomprehensible. The whole problem is in the weak fixation of the dispenser, I tightened the spring of the dispenser when I bake the next time I will unsubscribe
Until then, do not pour more than 80-90 grams into the dispenser, otherwise it may open spontaneously (very weak fixation)

Today my wife decided to cut an apple to the raisins, when she poured the pieces onto the raisins, it turned out in a dispenser "with a slice".
I closed the lid and all this safely leaked inside, well by this time the stove had already been kneading for 10 minutes.
I took out the dispenser and, while baking the bread, did the following:
1. Disassembled
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)

2. Stretched the spring a little:
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)

3. I put everything back together, but it still opened just as easily, with almost the same effort. Then with a file I slightly changed the profile of the platform on which the bottom hangs - I deepened the inside by 0.3 mm:
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)

Now the bottom holds confidently, even with considerable effort and opens easily when pressed from the side, where the stove opens it. All this took about 15 minutes (with photography):
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1) ,
tomorrow I will definitely check it in work and unsubscribe.

PS. And the bread turned out,
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1) Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)
only the taste was preserved from the apples, but they themselves are not visible

My bucket is even more shabby and scratched!

I haven’t gotten to cajole him yet.

On the timer I put the already formed kolobok = 5-6 minutes of kneading all the components of the bread ONLY WITHOUT YEAST on the "dumplings dough" mode, turn off the kneading, select the program, turn on the timer and pour yeast on the side.

Tried up to 9 hours of snooze.
Perfect results every time!

Z. Y. Longer kneading, especially in the "Pizza" mode, gives the finished bread a slight taste of over-oxidized dough.

Everyone is good at Panasonic, but one thing I cannot understand, why is there no switch?
The fact is that my body organically does not tolerate pulling the plug out of the socket and vice versa. And since I always try to meet the desires of my body, I put my stove face down, took off the lid and this is what I saw and did:
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)
there is still a cambric made of heat-resistant material - I pushed it along the cord to the plug.
So, my job is to adapt the switch without losing the warranty. Carefully separate the connectors:
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)
At the removed wire, we see the following terminals:
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)
I arm myself with a soldering iron, pliers and a file, I bring my cord to this form:
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)
Then I insert the plug into the outlet (in the position in which it will stand always when the stove is running) and I find the phase wire with the indicator. I stretch out the cambric and insert the wires into the pads:
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1) Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1) Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)
Everything here, I close the lid.

I took an ordinary switch on the shelf (it remained after the repair), and on the same shelf I took the cord cut off from the cracked electric kettle.
I will not paint the connection of the switch, I will only say one thing - it is necessary to cut it phase wire, because exactly how he sometimes shocks. Therefore, the plug must always be inserted in the same position so as not to change the "phase-zero" position
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1) Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)
On the same shelf, there was double-sided tape, we attach a switch to it:
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1) Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)
I assembled the switch, wiped the stove, put it down, photographed it and moved it into place:
Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (1)
Everything, the stove functions, the body is calmed, the wife is happy.
In case (God forbid) warranty repair, everything is removed in a few minutes, the native cord is restored.

If anyone is interested in this action and questions arise, I will be glad to help.

Rina
There is no switch, in my opinion, on any stove. Nowadays a lot of kitchen appliances are made in this way - without a switch. For example, even the simplest rice cooker also needs to be unplugged, otherwise it will work in heating mode. Without intervention in the technique, this issue is solved by a socket with a switch or a surge protector, where each socket has its own switch.

Help, please, a proven recipe for Carrot Bread to Panasonic. I have 2501, found this recipe:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=1105.0
The first time it came out very tight, in the middle of the bucket, even though everyone will climb straight into the dispenser. Yesterday I just threw out a cake 6-8 cm in height (I think the yeast failed, but I don’t want to use this recipe 3 times. It’s not the number of grams that bothers me, but the cups-spoons. I sprinkled 450 grams of flour, but I feel that the recipe is obvious did not comply)
Now is the season of carrot juice and it's a sin not to make such bread, but I just can't find a recipe

But for a start, nevertheless, I advise you to follow the links that are given in the first post of this topic, there is a baking manual and a fairy tale about a kolobok (which helps us to maintain the correct flour / liquid proportions).

for cake, the rule of a kolobok does not work - cake dough is usually softer and more plastic, when the mixer is spinning, the dough tries to gather into a kolobok, which creeps when the mixer stops.

With the help of the "bread machine" I decided on the model - Panasonic 2501.
Separate thanks! Yesterday I baked regular L-sized bread. Great !! I tried French today. Did not work out. Dense. Bumpers around the edges. Apparently fell out. The taste is excellent, but the inside is a little damp and the size is small. Although he did not move the stove and did not open it. There is a suspicion that he shifted the oils. somewhere gram 30 probably - too lazy to weigh. Maybe this is the reason? Now I have laid down the dairy according to program 01. I wonder what happens ...

Can the bucket be put on the scales? I looked at how the bucket was made - it looks like it is on a metal footboard. The bucket may tip over.
Rina
I don't think the bucket has undergone major changes. In older models, the bucket is placed on the scales without any problems, anyhow the platform on the scales was slightly wider than a woman's palm. And the bucket will not turn over, there are not such large shoulders behind the support zone. I always collect food in a bucket on a scale (Winzer).
Milada
Likewise. I pour everything into a bucket and reset it every time for convenience. Not that it did not fall, it did not move. It is heavy and stable.

No matter how much I read this forum, there has never been such a thing that someone got mixed up just because the bucket moved. Just as there were no cases when water, calmly poured in the usual way, reached the yeast through wheat flour ... even with a long delay.

I didn't think that a dispenser for 20 grams of raisins. I also found no restrictions in the instructions. My personal opinion is that they made a device of a certain volume and did not specify the degree of occupancy, which means it is ready to accommodate my needs by 90-100%. Otherwise, it is cheating the buyer. IMHO.
