Ingredients

Cooking method

To rise the dough, bake 180 g, time depends on the forms. Then spread with glaze:
  • Pour sugar (500g) into a saucepan, add water (150ml).
  • put on medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. How well it boils - turn it off, remove the foam.
  • Cook ... for about 5-6 minutes, over high heat, without stirring. Pour in a tablespoon of lemon juice. And another minute on the fire, remove and pour into a large container to quickly cool the syrup. And beat with an immersion blender until the mass becomes very thick and white (it should not spread!). Anything can be applied to your baba !!!!

Note

you can bake both small ones in the form of cupcakes (I buy paper forms in ikea) and a large one as in the photo!
