Beans and Corn Salad

Ingredients
Canned red beans 1 can
Canned corn 1 can
Korean carrots 100-200 gr.
Chicken breast 1 pc.
Repata onions 1-2 pcs.
Mayonnaise
Cooking method

1. Peel the onion, chop finely enough, pickle with 5% vinegar for 2 hours (more is possible).
2. Boil the chicken breast and cool. I cook in the microwave: salt, add spices to taste, a little water, in a glass saucepan under a lid (I have 30 minutes at full power). Can be replaced with both boiled and cooked legs - smoked or grilled.
3. Korean carrots - the recipe is the same as for julifera.
4. Cut the meat into cubes, add beans, corn, pickled onions, Korean carrots and a little mayonnaise. Stir - done!
