Ingredients

dough:
wheat flour 220gr
milk (or kefir) 100ml
eggs 1 PC
butter 1st l
vegetable oil 1st l
pressed yeast 7gr
sugar 1st l
salt 3 / 4h l
filling:
potatoes 1 PC
minced meat 100gr
cheese

Cooking method

  • Stir the yeast in warm milk with sugar, poured everything into the bowl of the food processor. I added an egg, flour, salt, butter and kneaded the dough. The dough is thin.
  • I left the dough for 30 minutes, then I turned on the kneading again for ten minutes and left the dough to come up for 40-50 minutes (it's hot at home, it comes up quickly)
  • Pie with meat, cheese and potatoes (multicooker Redmond RMS-02)
  • In a deep bowl I grated one large potato on a grater for Korean carrots, cheese on a regular grater and added minced meat (pork + beef for me). Added salt, sushi. garlic and mixed.

  • From this amount, you can bake one pie in a multicooker for 5 liters or two in babies. I baked two patties, one in redmond, the other in fillets.
  • The dough was divided into 4 parts. I didn't grease the bowls with anything. With wet hands, I took a piece of dough, distributed it along the bottom of the multicooker, going slightly onto the walls of the bowl.
  • I put the filling on top and covered with a second piece of dough, stretching it over the entire surface of the pie.

  • I switched on the yogurt program for 20 minutes, left it in the multicooker turned off, for another 30 minutes, and then switched on the baking program for 30 minutes.
  • She turned the pie over (greased the bowl with butter) and baked for another 20 minutes.

Of course, the pie was a donkey during the coup, but it was baked, it did not burn a bit (there is not enough sugar, there is nothing to burn), although the filling was compressed a little, but this did not affect the taste. The pie is very tasty !!! And the dough, as always, is wonderful !!! I will definitely still bake such a pie! Maybe I will not be lazy and will depict in two babies, although how I will distribute this dough on them (the handles are slightly crooked)
