Sweet pepper (red) 100gr
Champignon mushrooms 150gr
Deep-frying corn oil 350mil
Rice flour 250gr
Mineral water with gas 200mil

  • 1. Cut the pepper, eggplant into strips, cut the mushrooms in half, disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences.
  • 2. Add prepared vegetables to salted boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Prepare tempura. To do this, take flour, salt and pepper and pour in mineral water in a thin stream.
  • 4. Mix everything well, the dough should turn out to be liquid.
  • 5. Ready vegetables, dip in dough and then deep-fry until golden brown.
  • 6. Put the fried vegetables on a paper napkin to drain the excess fat.
  • 7. Transfer the prepared vegetables to a dish, garnish with herbs and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
