Barley and mushroom pie

Ingredients

Flour 3 tbsp.
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Water 270 ml
Vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tsp
Pearl barley 1 tbsp.
Mushrooms 500 g
Garlic 3 cloves
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Salt
Strong tea leaves
Greens (dill, parsley)

Cooking method

  • The dough was made in a bread maker: water, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of butter, flour, sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, yeast.
  • Pour the pearl barley with bay leaf with boiling water for 1 hour, pour into a colander, discard the bay leaf, fill it with boiling water again, bring to a boil, salt and cook for 20 minutes. Fry the mushrooms with onions and garlic for 10 minutes, add finely chopped herbs. Mix with pearl barley, cool.
  • Roll out 2/3 of the dough and put it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, evenly put the filling on top, on it - the rolled dough residue. Lubricate the cake with tea leaves, make several holes for the steam to escape and bake in the oven until golden brown.
