Buckwheat with dried fruits

Ingredients

Buckwheat 1 glass
Prunes 100g
Dried apricots 100g
Walnuts 100g
Honey 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Boil buckwheat porridge from a glass of buckwheat and 2 glasses of water. Chop dried fruits and nuts, put in porridge and pour over with honey.

Note

If there is no honey, you can boil the thick sugar syrup and pour over it. If desired, you can take any dried fruits, you can add lemon zest and small pieces of lemon pulp, it will be very tasty. It’s better not to think of it for breakfast in Lent!
